It was very cold and my heater stopped working. A friend suggested to call this business. Rachid took the phone and came to check the heater 2 hours later as he promised. He said that I need a new control board and that he will look for it, in the morning he showed up with the new board, install it before lunch. His price was very fair! He is very professional and honest person. I highly recommend him.
Boston Express came in today to fix our AC. Always responsive.!! Good communication via text with regard to arrival time - very reassuring ! Good job all round!
If you are looking for an excellent HVAC company you can stop here. Three companies came out before Boston Express solved our problem. The owner came out on a Sunday even though he was swooped with emergency calls. We would definitely call again if necessary.

I had gotten several quotes to get Mitsubishi mini split AC/ heat system installed in my house. I decided to go with Boston Express HVAC based on reviews I had read on them. I was scheduled within a week. They were extremely professional and clean. They showed up on time and finished the whole job in one day. I am very happy with the results and highly recommended them for any type of HVAC job. Very reasonably priced as well.

I called Boston Express HVAC with an issue with my heating system . They showed up within few hours and fixed the problem. I would like to thank them for coming out on such a short notice. Very professional. Definitely we will use them again.
