We feel lucky to have found Cre and team to do our (very large) mini-split installation. The entire process -- from getting a speedy call back, to receiving the estimate, to the actual installation -- was straightforward and efficient. Cre took the time to answer ALL of my questions and reassure me on the technical specs of the project. The team always showed up when promised, did quality work while being respectful of our home, and cleaned up neatly at the end of each day. The responsiveness to minor things after the project wrapped and the fact that Boston Ductless truly stands behind the work assures me that we made the best choice for this big project. Cre was also fantastic with providing details to assist us in filing for our MassSave heat loan and rebate. We (and our sons and puppy) miss seeing the team -- thanks for the great work!
The Boston Ductless Systems team is outstanding. They installed Fujistu Halcyon systems at my 1920s house with no existing A/C in the worst heat of summer. From the time they sent me a proposal to the install being completed was less than 10 days for a whole-home dual system. Every part of the system was installed well, and functions flawlessly. I am very particular, and they made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns, consult with me to make sure things were exactly how I wanted, and treat me like my time and concerns are a priority to them. They got me all the paperwork I needed for a HEAT loan and MassSave rebate to make that process as easy as possible. They are honest, hardworking, personable, and extremely good at what they do. I rarely write reviews, but this company and the owner are simply amazing.
Cre and her team were wonderful to work with to install our 3-zone ductless system. We replaced electric baseboard heat and window unit AC and couldn’t be happier! Cre was very responsive and transparent. She even walked me through the nerdy details because I was curious about how the system works. Cre’s team was great to have around the house and I kinda missed them after they finished (our cat definitely did)! They clearly enjoy their work and solving the problems you uncover when you look behind the walls of a 100 year old Boston home.
Cre and her team did a fantastic job installing our LG minisplits, and they have definitely been keeping our house cool! They were professional and reasonably priced. The most important thing, however, is that they really stand behind their work. There was a manufacturer issue with one of the installed parts, so Cre and her team very quickly came back to reinstall the faulty part even though it was quite a while after the initial installation. We are very glad we went with her team!
Cre and her team were the best! Cre was personally extremely responsive, patient, professional & the team left my home clean after the 3 day install. VERY happy with my 4 zone mini split ductless central AC / heating in my new house! Cre even helped me with the Mass Save Rebate which was a game changer!
I could not be happier with the service and care received from Boston Ductless Systems with the installation of our new 4-zone ductless heating and cooling unit. Cre and her team were so professional and courteous and really listened to our needs. You get the sense that each person on the team really enjoys their work and feels valued, which always makes a home project go smoothly. The pricing was very fair and the consultation was very comprehensive and detailed. There were no mysteries. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get rid of oil/gas heating.

BDS was great! I highly recommend them; knowledgeable, skilled and nice to work with. They installed a system for me in my garage that I was renovating into a room and it was a little tricky due to the low ceilings. It came out great and it's amazing how well it heats that once freezing room!
Very professional, collaborative, and prompt. Reasonably priced and used highly rated components for our ductless mini-split system. Thought through the design carefully and dealt with some tricky issues. Overall a joy to work with--highly recommended!
Words cant express how happy I am that I chose Boston Ductless Systems. I wish I could give 6 Stars! Cre Tsolias installed a three unit Mitsubishi ductless mini-split system in my single family home in May 2021. I received 10 quotes from companies surrounding the greater Boston area and Boston Ductless Systems was the cheapest. Cre even told me that she would price match any other quote but it wasn't needed. Overall I am very pleased with her work. She has many years of experience installing ductless units and knows her stuff. Her attention to detail was impressive. Being a licensed electrician was a major plus. Installing anything ductless requires extensive electrical work. My home had a tricky layout but she was able to make it work. She and her team of workers completed the installation within three days. Her team was prompt, professional, and punctual just like her. She also kept in great contact with me throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend using Boston Ductless Systems. Do not think twice about going to any other person or company. Cre Tsolias and her colleagues at Boston Ductless installed a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split system in our home in Lincoln, Mass. in April 2021. We built our home in 2008-09; it is custom and uses radiant heat (small tubes in the floor carrying hot water) and has other peculiarities. It was *not* straightforward to decide on the placement of the heads (inside wall units) and the route for the tubing from outside and running through the walls. Cre was brilliant. She thought carefully about every detail and every challenge that arose, drawing on her considerable experience and knowledge. (Her team members were also very experienced.) Sometimes we would see her just staring at the wall for minutes at a time, pondering the placement of studs and other items in the walls and floors and obviously charting a route in her head! She worked carefully in our home and was very considerate of us. (It's hard at times to see holes being cut in the walls, etc.!) We interviewed four companies before choosing Cre. Unique among the four, she is an electrician, not a plumber, by trade. And installing a mini-split system is almost entirely an electrical project (with some important carpentry, as noted. By the way, the team patched the holes very nicely!). So she really knew what she was doing. I should also say, going back to the beginning, that Cre was helpful in making a final decision on the choice of brand -- she knew the advantages and disadvantages of each. (We had done a lot of research, but we still learned from Cre.) Oh, right, and by the way, the system works *really* well! (It's been hot the last week, and we've really been able to test it out.) I strongly recommend Cre and her team if you are thinking about a ductless mini-split system.
Cre and her team are prompt, efficient, fair, and professional. She took the time to explain what our home needed, offered the best line product for us, didn't try to sell us up or down, and came to do the job immediately after we accepted the proposal. They took the time to do a great job, kept everything clean and were a pleasure to have around. We highly recommend Boston Ductless!

Working with Cre and her team at Boston Ductless was wonderful! I got quotes from several contractors in the area, and Boston Ductless beat those quotes while also installing high quality units professionally and within 2 weeks of our original walk through. I really appreciated that this team was able to take care of the electrical work that came with the installation in addition to being knowledgeable about mini split technology. My house has been so wonderfully comfortable through this heat and I am forever grateful for that!
