I was extremely pleased with the prompt response time of this company. They were transparent with how they conduct their diagnosis of the HVAC system. Also - they consulted with me prior to moving forward with the work. I would recommend them highly to my friends and family. I am encouraged that good customer service “still exists.”
I called Boss HVAC on a Wednesday when my air conditioning stop working. They came assessed same day, found the issue, ordered new equipment which was delivered the next day, and had it installed and running by Monday. This was not a small job by any means. I'm thoroughly impressed with this company
They made it easy to make a good decision on replacing the new unit and upgrading my HVAC system. Answered every question I had treated me like a human and didn't run the salesman or fear approach on me, I really appreciated that did my homework and choose BOSSHVAC. The job was done in a timely manner and I had a clear understanding of what was going on with my HVAC system before and after. Thanks.
This Atlanta GA business should be ashamed! The AC unit They claimed to have "Leveled and Unclogged", and charged $375 to fix, was leaking so bad there was a swimming pool starting to form in the crawl space. If left for much longer the whole system would have slid off the "hangers" used for leveling and to secure the unit, from the weight of the water collecting in it before leaking out into the crawl space. The whole system could have been ruined, not to mention all the water damage and mold growth. The crawl space was nice and cool though because of the duct work that was not connected and AC air was also pouring into the crawl space along with all the water. We were lucky we caught this just weeks after the"fix". Avoid avoid avoid! The small local business that came and actually fixed the problems cost $100 less.

This was our second time using Boss HVAC for AC maintenance/repair. He was punctual and informative. His ability to troubleshoot and remedy quickly is a huge benefit, especially when things occur during the holiday weekend. He repaired and serviced as needed telling us both short and long term options for our particular situation. He is knowledgeable and upfront regarding processes and costs, which is greatly appreciated. Thankful to have him as a resource and would definitely recommend.
Excellent service! Highly recommended. I have used the company twice and they are very knowledgeable. One company told me I needed a whole new furnace then I called BOSS and they fixed the issue in about 15 minutes and the unit was back up and running at my rental property. They installed my parents unit. Same results one company wanted 5k and Boss was half the price. Both of these occurrences led me to have Boss install a new system at my own home. Went from hot and uncomfortable to cool and relaxation.
My experience with this company was very professional. The prices were reasonable, and they came out in less than an hour from the original service call. My issue was resolved in a timely manner! Everything was explained in detail. I'm happy to have the A/C operating again. Thanks for your expertise BOSS HVAC!!

My upstairs AC unit went out after 5 o’clock. Boss HVAC showed up with in the hour to fix my compactor. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
He arrived when he said and was able to give me productive knowledge on my unit. Performed the service quickly.
I needed someone to fix the AC ASAP. Called Boss HAVC at 7pm the night before talked to the owner. He showed up 6am first thing in the morning. Before you know it, he had the AC running cool and charged me a very reasonable price. I will call him up again. I appreciate his professionalism and his responsiveness.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable of his craft! Made sure I understood what he was doing and why he was doing it. I have had several A/C companies service my home over the past 10 years and all were not created equal. Some good and some horrible, but Boss HVAC is superior to any experience I have ever had. The owner Tra has over 20 years of experience and can diagnose your issue before even putting his hands on your unit. I gave him a few details and he already knew in depth what was going on with my system. I have had guys come out that couldn't figure out in several visits what he figured out in a 5 min conversation. Great price and excellent customer service. Follow up and communication is impeccable. To top it all off the company provides a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Stop asking around and contact Boss HVAC RIGHT NOW!!!!!
