Simply put, DO NOT use BOSS HVAC for your home/apartment needs. A friend and I went with BOSS HVAC to entirely replace our HVAC system and spent some $$$ with them. They incorrectly installed the HVAC system and caused some issues with our tenants. They admitted their fault but will not pay the assessment of identifying the issue. They refuse to pick up calls and have no sense of professionalism. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.
I purchased a brand new A/C system and got it installed by this company BOSS HVAC on september 2020. When winter started in Las Vegas, my tenants complained that the heater was not turning on. BOSS did not respond to any of my property management's calls. Therefore a second contractor was hired to look at the unit. It was found that BOSS missed wire the unit which disabled the heater system. So, finally BOSS picked up this issue and did fixed the wiring. But they are not taking responsibility for the bill from the diagnostic. This bill is so small compared to the huge amount of money I paid BOSS for the new system and they refuse to refund the diagnostic bill. How can they refuse to diagnose the heater issue and then not refund the bill when it was proof that it was their mistake. By the way, Ramon Gonzales is not even working for them anymore. And my property management stopped any business with them because of their unreliability. To anyone reading this review, do not make business with BOSS. Stay away from contractors that do not respond to your calls and do not show any sense of responsibility and care for their customers.

Fast, efficient and extremely friendly. Found the problem quickly and fixed it same day. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs hvac problems solved.
They came to my apartment and did an excellent job. They had to replace my entire a/c unit. They came in and got the job done in timely and professional manner. They even continued to make sure everything was working properly days after the job was completed! I highly recommend them for any and all HVAC services!
Ramon came within a couple hours of being contacted, was super nice and professional and performed maintenance on our AC the same night even though it was late in the evening. Would recommend Boss HVAC to anyone having issues with their HVAC system.

I used this company about a week ago when my AC stopped working and contacting this company was the best decision ever. Ramon was the tech that came out and fixed my AC issue in about an hour. He was so professional and efficient in the work he did I couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend this company and Ramon! If you have any issue call Boss HVAC & request for Ramon to come out and take a look!

Called this company late at night because i had a problem with my AC and they came as soon as next day morning,that was already a plus from me to them, when Elvis(technician) gets to my house he is very friendly responsible fast and bilingual. He gave me a great price and fixed my AC in no time😊....would definitely recommend this AC company ....thanks Boss HVAC😊👍💯
Unfortunately, Boss HVAC missed several appointments over a 5 day period to inspect a leaking AC unit. This led to water damage to my ceiling for which they are taking zero responsibility. They do not return numerous phone calls. When I finally got in touch with the dispatcher, she was rude, combative, and unprofessional. Numerous opportunities were provided to rectify the issues and those were not taken advantage of. I will not be using this company in the future and do not recommend them.
