Bonafide Plumbers replaced some old leaking pipes and valves in my house. I am very happy with the skill and professionalism of the guys that did the work! In addition, the scheduling person was also very responsive and professional (and gave me a fair quote on all the work) so I really felt like I was in good hands with this company. They will be my first call the next time I need plumbing work done in my old house.
Their work is outstanding. We’ve had them fix an outdoor faucet and a leaking pipe in the garage. They are also clean and dependable.

I am thrilled that I found the Bonafide team! I was in need of a new water heater, old pipes replacement, and a bathroom update. I first met with 2 known companies (one medium, one large) for an estimate. I was greeted with unprofessionalism, pressure, and upsell right out of the gate. And inflated price tags. Discouraged, I did a thorough search online and reached out to Bonafide based on their reviews. From the first phone call, the Bonafide Team was amazing. Anela called me promptly after I made an online inquiry, and was professional, courteous, kind, and knowledgeable! Marquis was at my house less than a week later (which would have been earlier had my scheduled allowed) to check out what needed to be done. He was on time, thorough, and again knowledgable. No drama, no upsell - just stuck to the task at hand. They sent me a thorough estimate a few days later (as promised) and from there I decided to have my work done through them. The estimate was spot on and totally reasonable. Anela was communicative through the whole process; making sure I knew when they were on their way, then following up after making sure the work was satisfactory and met my needs. Marquis and team arrived well within the 8-10am window and promptly got to work. He was also communicative during the process, making sure what they was doing was what I wanted. On a side note, I work from home, and they were quiet as mice! They hauled my old stuff away, cleaned up the site, and left my basement in better condition than it looked when they arrived. Just terrific service all around. Next up: bathroom remodel. Thanks Bonafide team!

Marquis and his staff are awesome. He has installed a new dishwasher and a gas range for me in a slanty 200+ year old kitchen and doesn’t seem fazed by surprises or old building quirks. Plus, the staff member who handles communications and scheduling is amazing—friendly and super fast to respond. I dealt with Lowe’s changing delivery days on me repeatedly and Bonafide went with the flow and took the stress out of the process. And their rates are really reasonable too!

When I finally found Bonafide Plumbers, I was greeted by a professional a courteous office staff on the phone followed by a scheduled appointment by Marquis. From beginning to end I was impressed by the quality of work, communication and follow up. Search no further and give this business a try, they are awesome for all plumbing needs!
Marquis and his team are fantastic. I've had them rough-in and finish a bathroom and kitchen, upgrade a water supply line to help with the building water pressure, and install a forced hot water loop with a unit heater and radiators that required a manifold. All of the projects were completed at a high level, on time, and on budget. I'll definitely be working with them for future projects.
When we called Bonafide Plumbers for a broken water heater, they responded very fast and installed a replacement in no time. We highly recommend them for a fast and professional service!!
Marquis with Bonafide Plumbers repaired our existing steam radiator valve saving us money for a more costly repair and got our radiator up and running. He was efficient, professional, and practical with his repair.
We moved into a newly constructed home to find that we had to wait almost 2 minutes to get hot water from the faucets. The problem was the location of the water heater. The builder's plumbing contractor installed it in a corner of the basement farthest away from the baths. Marquis installed a recirculating line from the water heater to each bath and the kitchen. We now have hot water within seconds. The appointment was scheduled quickly. The work was done efficiently, professionally, and at a reasonable cost. I have recommended to the builder that he change his plumbing contractor to Bonafide Plumbers as there is a dramatic difference in the quality of the work.

Directed to Bonafide Plumbers managers, I would like to announce that the plumber, Marquis Johnson, did an excellent job, fixing the pipe water flow in my basement and now everything is technically in order. He showed that he was very professional, quick and did a wonderful job. Also was very kind, polite, helpful and did a thorough job. I liked how he kept me informed on what was happening. Marquis was an excellent plumber for the restoration of our antique home in MA. We added a new kitchen after installing a new septic system. Was a challenge to connect all together. Also I wanted to use the vintage 54” farm sink! He was on time & prepared and an excellent communicator. Would recommend him for sure.
