Called Bomgarden's after disaster with AHS repair company for electric furnace. Easy reset, trustworthy company. Highly recommend.

We had no heat in our hom and the gentleman came on Christmas day after he was at another job stopped home to open his family's presents and put a ham in his oven before coming to help us when no one else would. I want to thank him sooo much! We were already at 4p° .we are so appreciative of this man!!we got a warm Christmas!

Awesome! Fast! Quick! Major heat wave was happening….I have a disability…they were there That same day!!! Will ALWAYS USE THEM! Professional…..Kind….I NEVER EVER LET ANYONE COME IN MY HOUSE WHEN I AM ALONE. But of course I had to pay Him and he just needed to look at our furnace to be sure. Well ,I went for it….and so glad I did! He showed me his License and also Driving Their Van with name. He was in house maybe 3 minutes. Used Bomgarden's to install a new AC at my house and to repair the HVAC at my in-laws home. They came the next day after we called to scope out the situation and completed the job quickly and correctly. Would absolutely recommend!

Called to make an appointment, receptionist took my info and said she’d call me back shortly, never received a call. I called a few hours later and the on-call tech took a message. I did receive a call the next day and made an appt for general furnace service on a new home. Day of the appt receptionist asked if I could reschedule due to extreme cold and staff busy working on furnaces going out, I agreed. Was promised a call the next day to reschedule, no one called. I left a voicemail three days later and have yet to hear back.
The Bomgarden's service representatives have always taken great care of personal and real estate needs. Initially, I contacted Bomgarden's because one of my rental properties required a new AC and after contacting nearly a dozen AC/heating companies, Bomgarden's was the first of three to return my call in the middle of their busiest season. I gave them the job of replacing an AC, then a different one, then furnace and heating problems. They always took care of the problems in a reasonable time given the urgency of my need in relation to their schedule. You can find cheaper service out there, but I pay for the value and peace of mind Bongarden's provides to me and my tenants.

Called on a Saturday night. Prompt service. Evan was to temporarily repair the furnace until they can install a new one on Monday. Very happy!!
