I've used Boldt HVAC for small and big repairs - professional and high quality work every step of the way! Recently had a new AC unity installed and work was completed promptly and at a much better price than any of the bigger companies. Boldt is my first call when I need HVAC service!
They showed up on time and made the appointment date really soon after I called. They were clear on explaining what was wrong and did a good job.
Super helpful, mindful of time frame, price, if it’s better to repair or replace. Friendly and really good at doing what’s best for me and communicated well so I knew what was happening and had virtually no questions.
On an emergency call (ac went out in the summer), they showed up in a timely manner, but with a "trainee" from the commercial sector. Thought nothing of it. But the trainee started work on the wrong unit (I have two) and now that one no longer works. It had no problems. They "fixed" the second unit by over charging for a refill and charged for a leak test that they were to come back out to inspect and complete. Not only did they not return calls when they didn't return, but they snuck back on to my property to retrieve equipment they forgot and left here. The unit is down again, so apparently they didn't even fix what they over charged for? NO, I will not be calling them again and they are lucky I don't call the BBB. If my kids were any younger I might, in this heat.
Boldt is a family owned small business. They work hard to help their customers. They are there the same day you call or maybe the next, but they care about the work and service they do. Quality work at a reasonable price.
Boldt HVAC is top notch! As we all know it’s starting to get hot in Arizona and manually adjusting your thermostat for on peak and off peak hours is a pain. I purchased a new thermostat and thought I could get it installed which I probably could have with a little more patience. None the less I called and spoke with Fran who is extremely polite and friendly. She gave me a quote and a time that they could come out. It was less than a week out. The next week rolled around and I got another call asking if I would mind if they came out 2 days early. Heck yes! Im so happy I contacted Boldt and got to experience their wonderful customer service that includes friendly technicians and then their reasonable prices. I will definitely contact them again in the future!

We recently had an entire new A/C and Heating system installed and are very happy with Boldt! Phillip came out prior to the install to ensure they ordered the correct size system, etc and then the install team came out for the work. They were on time, professional and took time to explain their process for the install so we would know what to expect. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I am so satisfied with their quality of work and professionalism. THANK YOU Boldt HVAC, you are a dream to do business with!
I highly recommend Boldt for any HVAC issues. Phillip and his team are very reliable and so incredibly knowledgeable. Phillip helped me with a very difficult situation when others may have bailed he stuck with it and got the situation under control. I am very grateful for Phillip and his team.

Called for 2nd opinion... Another AC company said a repair was going to cost a lot. Boldt correctly diagnosed outside motor at this time. Call the night before got an appointment for early next day.. Very professional.
Phillip with Boldt HVAC was terrific, thorough and trust worthy. I would recommend this company and they took the time to accurately diagnose the issue and provide feedback on how to lengthen the life of the unit. Thank you!
This company has shown me nothing but compassion, responsiveness and quality work for a fair price. They fit me in last minute for my emergency AC “freak outs” and have always showed up on time while not seeming rushed. Fran, the office lady, is always so friendly to me on the phone and knows my name before I tell her who it is. I highly recommend you call these guys.
Our AC motor went out, Juan their repair technician replaced the motor, the motor was way to load and next day it started going out, so we were without the AC all night and next day thanks to their work. When I called the next day and complaint asking them what kind of motors do they install that only last one day, they told me they don't know and to find somebody ales to fix it. So this is what you gonna be dealing with if you go with them. Stay away from this company.

I was very impressed with this company. My AC was crapping out and they got a tech to my house bright and early the next morning. My tech, Philip was courteous and explained everything that was wrong, picked up the parts for repair quickly and finished the job even though I had to leave. Will definitely be returning if I have AC problems in the future.
Update 2 yrs later.... Had Boldt come out again because when I turned on my AC it smelt fishy. Juan was knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was broken on my AC unit but he gave me some recommendations and wasn’t pushy! He went above and beyond in many ways. Very pleased with this company and their technicians! Highly recommend them! My AC was making weird noises and seemed to be struggling to work and so I was on the hunt for a good and honest AC company. I picked Boldt HVAC while hoping and praying that I had made the right choice. After using Boldt I can tell you that my experience with them was amazing! Mike came out to my home took his time examining my unit and explained to me thoroughly in terms that I could understand what needed to be fixed on my AC. The part that I needed was no longer made by Trane and so Boldt had to track down a compatible piece for my unit. It took a couple of days but with their persistence they found one! They were scheduled to come out the next day to install the part but my AC decided to break down before then at around 5pm. I was worried that my kids and I would be without AC since it was past normal business hours but Mike came to my rescue!!! Thank you Mike for giving us a great experience and for taking such great care of us! Boldt is more interested in building long term relationships than helping customers once, taking their money and never seeing them again. We will definitely be using Boldt again and will be referring our friends and family to them!
