Install of new AC/Heat unit went well. Service after sale has been a terrible experience. Jamie told me he would help with the programming of the thermostat. They would not. Had to call the manufacturer for help. Then thermostat is not recording accurately and lady on phone was not helpful at all once again. Said there would be a charge for repair call and they probably would not be able to fix it. This is all with in four months of a 10K purchase. Do yourself a favor and use another vendor. I hope the lady answering the phones someday finds a job she enjoys.
Used for 1st time. On time appt., friendly, did not try to sell me anything! I will have them back.
Our AC went out on a Saturday afternoon. Bohalls came out Sunday morning. By Tuesday afternoon we were back up and running. It was all handled promptly and courteously. In the interim of the repair a portable AC unit was delivered and installed. They did everything possible to get our AC repaired quickly.
Always excellent service since they opened years ago.

My air conditioning unit stopped blowing cold air. When they came to evaluate the unit, they told me it was the compressor. Contacted another company for a second opinion and came to find out the compressor was fine ... all that was needed was a new fan for the motor. Bohall quoted me a $2400 job and I ended up getting it fixed through a different company for $500.

We purchased a new unit from you in December of 2018 and it isn’t even a year old yet and we have already had too many problems that we have had to pay for. First, the thermostat was faulty and replaced, and there was a problem with the outdoor motor that had to be replaced, then before the first service, we had excessive algae growth that was never explained to us until we had to pay over 200 dollars to have fixed. In the 10 years of our previous unit, we had only the final issue of a coolant leak that made us replace it. Now, it was Friday 11/15/19 at 10 PM that we arrived home to find that the outside unit, not even a year old is not working. Since warranty work is not done on the weekend, we will not have any working a/c until at least Wednesday of next week or we will have to pay for an emergency visit for a unit not even a year old. This is completely unacceptable. We don’t find out anything like “newer units suck up more water so we have to do the prescribed maintenance or else excessive algae growth will happen...“ had we known that at time of installation, we would have spent $8 at Walmart for the algae tabs to put them in when changing our filters instead of water damage to our garage roof when the drain was clogged. So sick of giving the $200 for things that should be standard education to the consumer.
Service and integrity are the principles this company was built on. Just as true today. They have a dedicated staff and will do the job right. Period.
