We've used Boccacino Heating on multiple occasions. They helped us figure out the duct system in our new home and then installed a humidifier for us. They were friendly, professional, and very competent. We would definitely use them again.

I had Boccacino Heating and Cooling install new a HVAC system in our home 28 years ago and their price and service was excellent. When it was time to replace our old system, I did my homework to understand the new technology that was available before getting quotes. I then obtained quotes from three companies for comparable features, technologies and quality. Boccacino was the best price with exactly what I wanted. As much as $3,500 cheaper than one of the quotes! Boccacino's service from Gary in sales, the scheduling, and the installation was all excellent! When I had a question about the final bill, the woman in billing was polite, knowledgable and respectably. I have offered numerous referrals of Boccacino Heating and Cooling to friends and relatives over the years and will continue to refer them with the most recent experience just as excellent as as expected! We have also used Boccacino for HVAC preventative maintenance, upgrades and repairs over the years and they always did an excellent job!
Our AC decided to quit, and we were having dinner company on Sunday! A tech came right away Sunday morning and had it going again in just a few minutes. A real lifesaver as it was 81° inside our house. Thank you Boccacino👍

Outstanding customer service from the ladies on the phones (Moe, Sara) to the tech, Steve. We had our furnace cleaned and a part replaced. Very reasonably priced. We are very pleased and will continue to call Boccacino for our future needs and would definitely recommend them.
Great after the sale service. I was told to expect 7-10 days for the warranty parts needed to fix my A/C. Boccacino was able to source the parts, install them, and clean up in less than 6 hours; all under warranty!

Had a heat pump failure and they suggested investing in a new heat pump rather spend more money on an aging system. Problem was scheduling but rather than leave me without A/C they bent their schedule to accommodate my install. Clearly customer focused and responsive. Call them for your HVAC needs.

Built a new laundromat So Fresh-N-So Clean in Canandaigua, NY and Boccacino did an awesome job. Installed a new HVAC system and completed in tight timeline. Also, a month ago TJ called and mentioned about different air purifying & disinfecting add-ons due the COVID-19 and I was sold. This means so much to me and my customers that they look out for their customers.
Boccacino Hearing and Cooling are the best HVAC guys around 100%. They have come on time (many times) with a knowledgeable staff and give options for the customer to choose from. We have over 13 properties and feel comfortable with their staff and pricing. You will never feel taken advantage of and honesty is key with me. I would recommend these guys to ANY business or homeowner. Great job guys
With so many different companies in Rochester it was a bit overwhelming trying to pick the 'right one.' We got quotes from four different companies for work that needed to be done and in the end picked Boccacino. Any company I pick to do work on our house is done based on craftsmanship and professionalism...not on a song written on the side of a truck. I knew our money was going to a family business who doesn't waste their money on cheesy advertising. After calling and setting the appointment I got a call back from one of the owners to review everything a few days prior to the work. We wanted a gas line installed for our grill, AC tune up work and a basic furnace check as we were new to the house. The technician called 30 mins prior to arrival and when he did arrive he was professional, great with our dog (a Golden who loves people) and walked me through all the work. During the routine maintenance check of the furnace there were some issues that came up which didn't come to the attention of the home inspector. He offered two different and viable solutions- it was either "quick fix but might not last" or "Here is what I would do." I picked the latter and have had no issues since! When it came to installing the gas line I told him I wanted it done with the least cosmetic impact on the house. He spent the extra time routing the line under different parts of the deck to make sure the quick connect was as inconspicuous as possible; it looks great and all the neighbors are jealous because we don't have to worry about running out of propane in the middle of cooking. Upon receiving the bill I found a handwritten note from the owner thanking us for the business. I am self admittedly a picky customer so one day when it does become time to replace our HVAC, Boccacino is the only company I need to call. Thank you for doing such great work.
Love supporting local family-owned businesses and Boccacino does not disappoint! Responsive, on-time service and personable staff all-around. We’ve used them for HVAC inspection/ maintenance, heating repair, and just recently installation of a new AC system. Nothing but accolades— highly recommend!
