Boca Cool has always been my "Go To" for any and all A/C concerns, maintenance, and for unit purchase. It is difficult to find trustworthy and honest service companies let alone competent staff in south FL. These guys fly up, over, and around other companies. They have always gone above and beyond for me. When your unit has an issue, it's scary enough to swallow the financial end, but rest assured you will always have a peace of mind that Boca Cool will deliver professional and accurate service for a fair price. I'm so grateful for my connection with this company and for super cold air in sticky, humid, blazin', south FL heat!
I have been using Boca Cool A/C for nearly four (4) years. I am a property manager in the Boca/Delray area and have responsibility for five (5) homes with multiple A/C systems in each. Shawn and his crew have provided me with excellent emergency service, maintenance and system replacement. Quick response, good pricing and quality work are hard to come by and these are the hallmarks of Shawn's organization. Also, they are just nice people to work with. I highly recommend Boca Cool A/C.
Boca Cool has installed and serviced my AC systems over the last 12yrs in Winston Trails. Very responsive and professional. They are prompt on all PMs and have rescued me on other issues. Pricing is fair but service is exceptional.
Shawn from Boca Cool is the best! He’s been performing maintenance on my AC for many years. He is always professional and courteous and the service he provides is great! A few years ago a friend of mine was told she needed a newAC so I told her to get a second opinion form Shawn which she did. Shawn was able to fix her issue and save her the cost of a new AC. Her ac is still running up to this day! If you need someone to help with your AC Shawn in your guy!
Worse company ever! Beware. This guy Shawn sent some guy named David to my home without permission. Went and changed something on my AC without permission wanted to charged me close to $300 we said no, no one told you to go and change nothing on my AC. Ac was working prior and now is broken. Thx to these people now we have no AC again! Now he doesn't want to take any responsibility. Don't use these people to fix anything on your AC.
