Came out on a Saturday night. Glanced at the unit and said it couldn't be fixed until Monday and charged almost $200. Called a different company on Sunday and it was fixed in 20 minutes. Don't use this company. Save yourself time and money.

Service tech came out to evaluate a minisplit unit. He determined the compressor was bad. I acquired a new compressor under warranty from the manufacturer, the tech came back and installed it, AC worked for 2 hours (making a rattling sound it did not make before) and went out again. I contacted the manufacturer, they sent out a new control board and fan motor, the tech came back and installed those, AC worked for 2 hours and quit. This company told me on the phone when I called them to come out the first time that they worked on minisplit units, obviously they do not understand them. 3 visits, I am billed $540 and my daughter's bedroom AC still does not work.

Showed up to give estimate for work on a/c unit the gentleman said he would send estimate in mail ,it never showed up .called .someone was suppose to call back never did .

Called out on a Saturday and was instructed of the weekend rates which isn't an issue. Tech came out and checked refrigerant levels which were already assumed to be low. Tech did not perform a leak search, but only recharged the system. I even to him where the leak would be because it happened before due to the poor unit design on the Trane unit. Wouldn't you know it that only a few short hours later the system was no longer cooling. After calling answering service back and them instructing me I would be charged a second call out, I called MPE Services. They promptly came out, performed the leak search using only soapy water, found and repaired the leak, recharged system in all under an hours time.

Rodney came out on a weekend to look at our HVAC when it wasn't working. I have a 2 month old and she was beginning to get hot and cranky and my husband was out of town. I was so stressed. He came out immediately and was extremely kind. I can't thank him enough. Great company.

Came to our house 2 Different times and we still had to call someone else to come. It didn’t seem like they wanted to do any work to actually find out what the problem was. They just tried to pass it off as could be this or this. The other company that came found the issue in 10 minutes and had it fixed the same day. When I called to tell Bobby terry company how disappointed we were ( we’ve used them in the past and had great experiences) the guy Could have cared less that we basically paid for them to do nothing and hung up while I was still talking. We won’t be using them anymore.

Bobby Terry Company was able to immediately send a technician out and easily fix the issues with my HVAC. We had previously had a different company come look at the unit as part of a home warranty program, and their solution was to change the air filters (which definitely didn’t fix the issue) for a $100 service charge. Bobby Terry was less expensive and fixed the issue in no time. We finally have cold air again! 👍🏻😀
