If the owner of this company acts the way he did today, I would not hire them. I pulled into my neighborhood gas station and the owner parked his work truck across every single parking spot, leaving no spots available to anyone else. I very politely went up to him and said "not sure if you're aware but you're blocking all the parking spots". His response was "I park how I want." I said "How courteous" I took a picture of the van so I could call the company and let them know how their employee behaves while driving a company vehicle. He proceeded to get more aggressive, telling me he's the owner, and verbally harassing me in the store. On my way home I called the company to report it and he answered so he obviously doesn't care. So I decided to write this post instead. He called me back and I let him know not to contact me again. If I were you, I'd hire someone else. His 'I don't care attitude' is probably the same way he feels about your home.
Bob was super responsive and a great value! Signed up for his maintenance program and have never more excited about not worrying about our HVAC system for the year!

Had some furnace repair work done at our business. Josh (the new owner) and Vincent were professional, courteous, helpful and effecient. Extremely happy with thier service. I would reccommend them to friends and family.
Had a new hot water heater installed. Great Company...Crew easy to work with and cleaned up!!!! I have had furnace cleaned before by Bob's as well. I highly recommend!
Efficient, and timely.
