The Air conditioning units were serviced on Monday 7/3 seviceman told us everything was good. Then on Saturday 7/8 the unit for the first floor was not cooling. We had an emergency seviceman come over around 3PM and found out there was no freon in the unit because of a leak, but nothing he could do. It is the second time that the same serviceman on 7/3 did the service and we have a problem after the completion of the service. Last time was the second floor unit leaking coil. i believe the same problem is for the first floor unit. a leaking coil. We expect a prompt call on Monday to expedite necessary repairs. We have a lond customer relationship with the Bob Cermignano orgaization so expect to be serviced timely. Andreas Economou P.S. Bob cermignano responed immedaitely to my urgent email.
It was tough to lose the AC during the hottest week of the year! And it was a tenant of mine no less… I knew just who to call. Bob Cermignano sent out a technician who immediately identified the problem and got the AC unit up and running in no time, and I have a happy tenant once again! This company has always met or exceeded expectations. They are courteous, professional, and quick to respond. I would recommend them to anyone.

Compressor fan not moving but motor on and very hot. After hours emergency response to replace capacitor. 15 minutes from call to arrival of service.
