Bo Jiffy was prompt, friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue. They located the part even and fixed the furnace less than two hours of their arrival. This was all done despite the fact it was late afternoon on a Friday.
We were miserable for days and they came to our rescue. It took longer than expected, but our home warranty was to blame for the delay. We really appreciate this company and what they did for us. Super friendly, personable, and left us very grateful for cold air in this horrible heat!

Bo Jiffy Heating and Air came out to my house, still dressed in his Sunday church attire, to check my A/C unit. I could not have been more appreciative. Great, caring person, of which I highly recommend.

They have been amazing. We have unfortunately had to deal with quite a few AC companies recently, and BoJiffy has been outstanding. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and have explained everything in an easy to understand and no nonsense manner. I would highly recommend them.
I wish I could give them ten stars because they deserve every one. Bo Jiffy is our heat and cooling company from now on warranty or no. 4 different companies were sent out. The first tech couldn't figure it out, the second tech rigged it up to run on heat strips which meant the air would never work, the third guy said that we needed a new system that of course the warranty company would not cover. Robert from Bo Jiffy was the charm. He was thorough and checked the system back and forth multiple times. Even once he had everything up and running he ran the air tested it then the heat and tested it then the air again and then the heat again. So far so good. He was quick professional and best of all he actually fixed the issue. Robert kept us informed about his location so we were not waiting all day wondering when he would show up. I can't sing their praises enough. This is one very satisfied customer. I am so impressed. I was super leery of dealing with another technician because the people that our warranty company has been sending out have been quite awful. He restored my faith in the warranty company and repair people all of them aren't awful money grubbing liars even though most of them seem to be. Rest assured they will be thorough and take care of you. If you have choice warranty I suggest you cut out the headache and specifically ask for this company. They are worth the wait if there is one. Our work order was put in on Saturday they were out here on Monday. I love to have reasons to compliment a company and they gave me plenty.
Does not return phone calls. Called multiple times from two different numbers from Thurs-Sat. Left a message every time. Never heard back from him.
Bo personally called when the warranty company said it would be the next day or the day after and had Robert out that evening. Robert recommended a new unit and got us up and going until the new unit could be ordered and put in. They were very professional and answered quickly to get us back up and going in this summer heat. 10/10 recommend and will use them for any other heating and air issues!!

DO NOT use this company! They were sent out through our home warranty 4 different times due to our unit never being fixed, it would work for a day or two then stop again and be 88-94 degrees in our home. Now, we have water damage as well and he poured the WRONG FREON and also overloaded it. We are now having to buy an entire new system out of pocket due to our home warranty sending companies like this out and fix water damage out of our pocket! Also, they are completely unprofessional. For example, the owner of this branch was the technician as well that came out and he proceeded to take his shirt off and “work” while there was only a young woman in the house!! He was not the fittest either, very disturbing. Also, he new we have a small child too and he wouldn’t come out until it was convenient for him and complained about it every time we had to call to set up an appointment AGAIN because he lived 45 minutes away. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! (I don’t want to give them a star but it wouldn’t let me post this unless I did.)
Bo has helped us many times over the years. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. I would highly recommend Bo Jiffy for any of your A/C needs.
We had a couple issues with our AC, Bo came out the same day I called got my ac back up & running great and did not drain my wallet. Great guy that truly cares about his customers.

Mr. Flanders has come to our rescue several times over the years. He is always prompt to respond to calls/texts and thoroughly explains the issue and fix. He is knowledgeable and dependable. Thanks for taking care of my family!
Great company! Saved me a ton of $ and the tech who installed my unit was awesome! A company with this type of integrity is hard to find. Will use in future for all HVAC needs.
Contacted company and left voicemail. Never heard back. Unprofessional to say the least.
Home Warranty company contacted them to repair our heat on a Thursday. As of Sunday, no response. After several calls, texts and messages left, they have not contacted us. Our area is under a freeze warning. Very disappointed in this company.
Robert came out as part of service call through a home warranty company that I will soon be taking my business elsewhere from shortly. He was professional and did a good job. The warranty company denied the claim which is an issue for another day, meaning Robert didn't get compensated. The unit had a problem to reoccur and Robert came back out and fixed the problem without charging me. He even recommended another warranty company for me to use .I definitely would recommend this company plus Robert returnrr my calls or texts at his earliest convenience. Additionally he's former military.
