We had been without heat since Sunday night bnk heating Vadim came out and explained everything step by step he was very professional and on time made sure furnace was working twice thank you for having Vadim he's very kind

Bill and Russ have been providing us heating cooling service for 3.5 years now. OUTSTANDING PRODUCTS AND SERVICE. They arrive on time, call you ahead of time letting you know they’re on the way, give you very reasonable pricing, and do just all-around incredible work. We recommend 10 times over!!!!
BNK replaced my outdated system with a new American Standard furnace and AC unit. Patrick and Paul worked well together and they did an excellent job from start to finish.
The company and the people we interacted with from the quote to the install were great. Russ was informative and answered my questions well. Plus, even though I was in a different time zone, he was on it with giving me the information I needed to make a decision. Patrick and Paul (or was it Peter?), the two guys who installed the system, were on time, polite, and professional. They even stayed past their regular hours on the first day of the install so that they could get the ac up and running. Plus, the price was right.
Great service and company . Did respond in time and were able to accommodate and come and install my A/C in time . Patrick was very professional and answered all our questions . Definitely recommend this company .
Great experience. Prompt on-time service. BNK was actually coming for a second opinion, The tech was able to pinpoint the issue and resolve it within 30 min, when the previous company did not resolve after fiddling with it for 2 hrs. I have 3 rental units, will definitely keep using BNK. Keep up the good work!
BNK heating is my wife’s go to company. They are really responsive. Whenever she calls for something to be repaired, they come out within 24 hours or less. Our water heater broke on Monday night, Tuesday afternoon we had a brand new one. I love how she gets peace of mind with this company.
BNK did an excellent job with our Amana 2-stage furnace, Amana AC unit, and our Navien tankless hot water heater. Paul, Daniel, and Andre did a top notch job with the installation. These guys are skilled, experienced, and have great character. High quality work - great people. Vadim had great communication and assisted us with selecting hardware that fit the homes needs. This is my family’s second time using BNK - we will absolutely be calling them next time and give them the highest recommendation.
Russ was awesome, he took care of our heat very quickly, very professional and kind enough to take the time to explain what he was doing- and answered all of my questions as well. My heat was fixed sooner than I anticipated! Definitely recommend.

I must say this company is very efficient and experienced. Replaced my whole unit in less then and day and price quoted never changed and it was very reasonable.. But I must said that Paul and Andrew were great along with everyone else I meant.. 👍

Very impressed and pleased after my first time using BNK. Tony arrived at our home very soon after calling and requesting a quote. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and most importantly honest as we discussed my needs and the available options. We were able to schedule our furnace and AC unit replacement very quickly after our initial meeting. Alex and another gentleman completed the installation- their professional demeanor and work ethic was evident from start to finish. They are a local business which I always prefer to support.
