I've had Dan and Helgi both come to the house to help with three separate issues (corroded exhaust pipe, dog chewed the low voltage wire to the outdoor unit and replacing shoddy work by a different company). They are both extremely knowledgeable and amazing technicians and thoroughly explain everything they do. I have recommended them to friends and family with all positive feedback. Thanks again!

Dan was freaking amazing ! It was freezing in here have a newer system ! He called every place to try and find out who has the piece so we don’t have to wait long! He drove a lil far but came back in a timely manner ! He was polite and pleasant and still explained everything he did ! I don’t leave review unless it over the top good or really bad !! Installs worthless and problematic construction grade equipment and charges High-end prices for it. Sometimes he shows up with no tools. Literally no tools. His work is shady and rarely correct. Gives customers incorrect information and outright lies. Probably the worst tech I've seen in my 25yrs of HVAC Service & Installation. Im the guy people call to fix his work for almost 4yrs now.

So grateful for these guys for fixing my AC. On the recommendation of a friend I called them after BGE came out and told me I had a commercial unit (on my rooftop deck) that they wouldn't even look at, plus I'd have to tear up my deck just for anyone to get at it. Bmore sent a very professional, knowledgeable, and polite gentleman named Dan who diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part (a blown capacitor) and replaced it and had me cooling off again in about an hour's time, and for a fraction of the time, effort and cost I feared I'd have to pay. So on a referral I contacted the owner, Helgi. He came out to my house, walked the house and discussed potential systems. 3 months later and I am still waiting for an estimate. 9 phone calls all unanswered and unreturned. They might have been rated the best by City Paper in 2013, but I doubt they would get in the top 20 base on the fact they don't follow up on their commitments. I would rate this company a half star if I could go lower, but only because I did at least get a visit.

I had Bmore heating and cooling come to my house for an A.C. issue. They did not figure it out the first time so had to come back out which was ok. They told me they ordered the part it was under warranty and would be in within 3 days in a voicemail which was on a Monday. I didn't hear anything by Friday and could not get a hold of them when i called. I continued calling them the next week and did not get an answer. After a week and half with no response they email me to say it hasn't been ordered and still at the warranty facility. They also upped the price from what the originally told me to install the warrantied item. During the time of them not fixing the a.c. it was in the 90s outside. I would not recommend them. My house has been without central air now for 1 month and have to get another company to come in since they will not respond to email or voicemail anymore.

I contacted BMore for an estimate on a new A/C system, and Helgi was very friendly and willing to take time out of his busy day to answer every single one of my questions. I ended up spending a little extra to buy the high-efficiency system with Nexia thermostat that he recommended for me. It saves me significantly more money on my electric bill, and the rebate was nice too, so I have not regretted it for a moment. The system has all the features (and utility bill savings) I was promised, and their service was reliable and prompt. When I experienced an issue with the fan shortly after installation, they were willing to send someone out to address it the very next day, they replaced the faulty part under warranty, and I have not had any problems with it since.

He was very knowledgeable and serviced my A/C unit. Due to the age of my unit I needed service again this summer and phoned the company for service. The technician that showed was the same one from last year. Dan is a great asset to this company. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
