Called number, dude answered. I asked for BM Heating and Cooling. Dude grunted and hung phone up.
My Air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the year. I called numerous places and at a cost of $95 - $125 the quickest I could get help was 2 to 4 days. I found an ad on Craigslist by a young energetic tech "Amin" and he was able to help us within 2 hours and at a service charge of $35 (has to be a special) He was at my home in Livonia checking the basement unit, the outside unit as well as the thermostat and at very low reasonable cost which absorbed the service charge. He had us cooling within 45 minutes. Thanks Amin (Great employee Big Mikes)
Very good company they were my third invoice they beat out every price, very clean respectful individuals doing professional work and helping my family keep warm in a time where all the other companies were looking to take advantage and charge high. Family owned it seems like. Would recommend!!
