BAIT AND SWITCH BEWARE: Called Stephen Critz on a Monday. Asked if he had R22 freon. He said he did. He also said he had a drop in freon for 25% less. I said I would like to go with R22 and scheduled for Thursday. I immediately texted him the details of our conversation and that I would like to go with R22 freon. He arrives. We say our hellos. He says "take me to the unit." I said "Did you bring R22?" He says, "Yes, well, I brought a replacement." I said that I had confirmed after our talk via text that I wanted R22. He immediately turns around and said "You don't want me here then? Ok, bye." and walks back to his truck. As he's walking back he says that R22 is 50% more than he quoted me. I said that was not our conversation. He said "Well I goofed and told you the drop in price." I said "Again, you told me drop in was a different price also." He grabs a green bottle out of his truck and said "R22 is hard to get. I brought some but I ran out." I looked at the bottle in his hands that said in huge letters R407a and told him, "That's not a bottle of R22." He stammers and said, "Oh, uh, oops, ok bye. Have a nice day." and drove off quickly. Bait and switch, raising prices on the job site and abandoning the situation immediately when I asked a question. Not trustworthy and poor business practice.

This company is top notch. They stand by their equipment and their service.Stephen put in our new system in July and it works great. Of course on the coldest night of the year we started to have an issue with our heater. I called Stephen, he came right out and in less than an hour our heater was back in business. Luckily it was just the thermostat. Stephen was so nice and professional. I recommend this company to everyone. If you’re ever in need of ac/ heater work, do yourself a favor and call them first!
Steve was amazing to work with. Helping me with correctly diagnosing and fixing my AC where two other companies were wrong and outrageous with costs. Steve accommodated me and in the end putting in a new system. I highly recommend his services. He is friendly, professional and on time. Man of his word!
Steve is amazing, professional yet polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Called him on a Sunday after my a/c stopped working and he did respond. After assessing the a/c he did the repairs while keeping me informed on what he was doing. His work is excellent, and the charges are very reasonable. Highly recommend him for all your HVAC needs.
It started with me receiving a $525 utility bill due to my A/C was always constantly running on the set thermostat settings. After, performing all the basic maintenance advice from friends, family and Goggle with no results. I then call Stephen to the rescue!! His professionalism, punctuality and knowledge of troubleshoot the issue put him way above 5-Stars. Never again will I use any other HVAC Repair Servicemen and the cost of the repair...get this, half of the price of my utility bill!! Awesome Good Stephen!!

Steven was awesome and honest with me. I appreciate his customer-centric approach. He saved me ALOT of money. I talked with 3 big boy companies before BlueZone but glad I gave them a shot.
Steve (Stephen) was extremely unprofessional and not helpful. He came in on Tuesday morning to look at the airflow issue I was having at my house. Left saying that he will provide an estimate in the afternoon. No response from him the rest of the day or the next day so I follow up with him on Wednesday afternoon. Gives me a long winded excuse saying he's been busy but will provide by end of day. Does not do so, so I have to call him back on Thursday evening, and again says he will provide an estimate in an hour, and hangs up on me abruptly. 3 hours after the call, he finally provides an estimate that is WAY overpriced and unreasonable. I understand you're a small company, but why would you make promises after promises that you can't keep? I ended up calling a different HVAC company and they were more courteous, helpful, and gave me a much more reasonable quote to fix the airflow issue.

Absolutely great company. Stephen is wonderful. Couldn’t be happier with his service. He’s knowledgeable, and he’s not a crook. A bigger AC company was trying to tell me I needed a whole new system and condenser. Stephen told me the truth that I don’t. Just need the evaporator coils replaced. I recommend him over any big company any day.
Steve at Blue Zone Heating and air was very professional, reasonably priced on repairs. Most important was that he cares for his customers. Its awesome to have a ac and heating company you can trust in this day and age !!!!!

Steve is very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time. He was very thorough in accessing our Air Conditioning problem and making sure it was fixed and working properly before he left. His prices are reasonable, too! We are very happy to have found someone we can trust with our A/C repairs.
Needed "emergency" AC repairs on a 100-degree weekend and it was 89 degrees in my house! They returned my call promptly and Steve showed up within an hour. Repairs were quick, no "weekend" charges added to the trip charge, and costs/labor were EXTREMELY reasonable! Steve was understanding, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend and will use them every chance in the future!
Steve was so nice and professional. This is exactly the type of service that everyone should have. I called in the evening time and he was here with in an hour. As a small business owner myself I know the importance of good customer service. His service was great, very highly recommend.
