We have had incredible service with Blueline. This is the second time we have called them and once again, they diagnosed the problem very quickly and were able fix it on the spot. They did not cross sell their service plans or tell us we needed a new system, which has been our experience with other providers. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. We were also able to make our appointment online, which was convenient since our AC stopped working after business hours. We highly recommend this company!
Jake came out in less than 24 hours after we contacted them, diagnosed the capacitor problem quickly and had it replaced in no time. Our 2nd excellent experience with Blueline A/C!
Miguel came to the house after calling to confirm our availability and did a thorough review of our system inside and out, showed me how to clean the coils and the before/after readings after cleaning. It was a great experience!

Miguel with Blue line saved the day. After the storm we had a couple days ago my AC was turning on but not blowing cold air. I didn’t realize this until the evening after work. Miguel came out the next day and diagnosed the problem right away. He changed out the part that was causing this error and did not try to “take advantage of a girl not knowing anything about repairs or AC” he was friendly, professional, educational, and fast. **Highly recommend Miguel with blueline.**

Joseph first came to diagnose our home system which was no longer cooling. After running through the diagnostic protocol he explained that we had an issue with our coil and proceeded to give us several options that were at different budget levels. He did explain that we did not need to replace our 2014 unit and that the recommended repair would get us back in service for years to come. He did not force us or pressure us into any kind of upsell and he didn't use any sleazy sales tactics. He provided multiple quotes and we chose to do the recommended repair. Fernando and Miguel arrived the next day within the quoted time frame and were very professional and courteous. The did a great job and were respectful of our home. Our house is cool again! Amanda did a great job over the phone communicating with us about scheduling and payment as well as explaining about several financing options if we chose to go that route. Top to bottom, Blue line is a well run machine with the hometown Texas personality. We are happy that they were able to provide us with 5 star service.
JC fixed my AC in a matter of 5 mins. It was a common issue but he had the part in the truck and it was an easy fix. He was very genuine and honest with me. Being a first time homeowner, these issues make me nervous with the fear of a salesman pitch being the main focus and not the honest truth of the problem. Found Blueline from reviews and they were all spot on! My brother in law took his information from me to have just incase he needs work done on their home!
JC is the man to call when your A/C or heat is in shambles. I’ve had JC out three times over the last couple of years to fix a/c or issues with ductwork. The guy is just a straight shooter, which is what you want when you’re dealing with HVAC systems. Our system was close to 20 years old the first time he came out. I knew the time was coming when we would need a new system. Most would upsell you and try to say you need a new $$$ system now and yours irreparable. Not JC. He saw a glimmer of life left in it, repaired it and it lasted another 2 years. It finally bit the dust a week ago right before an ice storm. JC and his team came out in the nick of time and had our new system up and running a day before the storm. Once again he gave me options of systems and just told me what he would do if it was his house. It wasn’t the most expensive system either. I highly recommend JC and he will be my first to call or refer to others.

During this cold front, my heater wasn’t working. It was 63 degrees in my house and the heat would not kick on. I used my Thumbtack app and found Blueline Heating & Air Conditioning LLC and I checked their reviews. They had stellar reviews and for good reason. I had contact with them at 2:49 and by 4:34pm they were in my attack working on my unit. They were quick, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and I will definitely do business with them again. I am recommending them to everyone in the San Antonio area.
I am very happy with this business and would recommend them to anyone seeking heat/ac repair. Other companies are just trying to sell you parts and make money off of you, this one actually finds the problem and fixes it.. I requested someone come out and give me a quote to fix my heat. I wasn't sure what the problem was, just that it hasn't worked in over 4 years . I've had at least 5 different people come and take a look and they all told me it was different things, of course just trying to sell me things, and none of them ever actually fixed it. This business told me they could come out the next day! JC came out and was here about 30 minutes, then came to me and told me he fixed it. It turns out it was wired wrong. Out of everybody that came out, you'd think that the others would notice that, but they didn't. After he left I tried running the heat and it turned on and off like it's supposed to. Thank you so much for taking the time to help.
JC showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He went over everything he was doing and explained what and why he was doing system checks and processes to determine the issue with our system. He definitely went above and beyond to answer all questions and offered solutions for any future problems that could arise. I highly recommend Blueline for anyone looking for a great honest company to work with.

Blueline, is now my go to AC repair. They went above and beyond to help this Veteran get his families AC up and running again, before it got too hot. Great prices and service with a smile. The guys diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, replaced the part in about 15 minutes, thoroughly checked the whole system to make sure everything was working properly, kept me informed every step of the way.
