Excellent service by Juan Gil and his company. Our home warranty sent BlueDotAC after the first company did a horrible job and did not complete it. So thankful for Mr. Gil, he came and found the issue and got the part the same day. Mr Gil came back after 5pm with his collegue and fix our AC the same day and it was up and running in no time. BlueDotAC is amazing and so is Mr.Gil. He even messaged us the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly and asked if the AC was cooling. So grateful for Mr. Gil and his company. If you are looking for a new AC company Juan Gil and his team is your first choice. We will be keeping them for our AC needs. Thank you Mr. Gil!

Work ethic and commitment! We are so pleased for their commitment to their customers, we reported issue at 6pm which already after hour, totally surprised to know they decided to come at 8PM! When issue is addressed, it was 9:30pm already. Amazing!

The team at BlueDot was fantastic! Juan in particular was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were responsive and timely and even showed up early for the repair which is a real blessing when temperatures are over 100…. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I need to.

They responded right away! Got quote, new parts, and installation in 2 days. Guys sent text when they were on their way, which was right when they said they would arrive. Neat, clean, and professional.

Juan was very responsive and knowledgeable. Came out on a Holiday and found a way to get us cold air while waiting for a part to come in. After an unfortunate clog, resulting in water leaking, he even came back a second time, after hours, to fix a clog. Would recommend his company.
Juan G was very professional and thorough. I told him what the previous repairman said the problem was and he stated that he wanted to do his own evaluation. It turns out the previous repair man was completely wrong and Juan temporarily fix the problem until we can get the replacement part. I’m very satisfied with their service. Personally, I thought it was great that he was showing his son the business as well.
