We had such a great experience with Mark. It’s harder to find someone to service oil furnaces these days. I found him through House Advisor. He responded almost immediately and was out in a short time. Unfortunately, we needed a total furnace replacement but he did such a great job and was so nice. I was dreading the price tag but it turned out to be so much more affordable than I was thinking. The customer service has been great.
Replaced furnace and hot water heater, Dave and Suzie were excellent to work with, professional, good communication and timeliness. Would hire them again, no question.
Our furnace went out on a Thursday, and we were able to have it looked at, and then fixed, by the next Monday! I loved that this is a family owned and operated business. They were very respectful by taking their shoes off at the door (until I said that it was ok, they didn't need to), they wore masks due to COVID, and were very respectful of our home and time. I called around to a few other companies, and many of the others could not see us nearly as quickly as Blue Sky was able to. I called them on a Thursday, had a consultation done on Friday, and they came to fix our furnace on Monday! It was a very PAINLESS experience, and would would recommend 10/10!
Blue Sky Heating and Cooling just finished replacing my home central air conditioning system. They came out right away to bid, provided a thorough explanation of scope and equipment and started and finished the work on time and budget. Mark and his wife own this family business and they run their business with integrity and honesty. I highly recommend their business!
These people were honest and professional. I was very glad to have them fix my system after being told by another firm that I would have to spend $7000+ to match my systems before a repair/refill could be effective. Really nice people beside being good at what they do. Thanks you guys, see ya next time.
Called Blue Sky for small job (getting my dryer vented properly) and everyone (Susan, Mark and Sam) was friendly and awesome! Mark and Sam were able to fit me into their schedule and then got the job done quickly! I will be happy to call them for my future HVAC needs!!
Had Mark install a heating duct in a 1910 craftsman in Tacoma. From basement to attic. He did such a good job and we’ve even become friends in the process. Mark knows his stuff and went above and beyond in delivering. The job became much bigger than the bid and Mark still stuck to his original quote. Very fair Blue Sky is a very good choice.
Called five different HVAC companies and everyone was scheduled at least 5 days out. Not these guys, all their service technicians were all scheduled out, so the actual OWNERS personally came out within 15 minutes of me calling and had my A/C up and running within 10 minutes. Oustanding customer service! This is who I would recommend for all your HVAC repairs, service, questions etc.... Extremely pleased!!!! They are the BEST!! Michael Aubrey
