Ray installed a Samsung mini split at my house recently. Not only did he beat competitors prices by thousands of dollars, he also had better communication and was able to fit me in much sooner. Highly recommended.
Truly the best contractor experience I have ever had! They were very responsive to any communication that I had with them, responding in a timely manner, and provided me with complete information that answered all of my many questions. What I liked most was the fact that they were as concerned with the aesthetics of the installation as they were with the functionality. Our home is over one hundred years old, so the installation was external to the building. They talked to me about the placement of the compressor and the head units to ensure functionality and to provide the best performance and to ensure it was as visually pleasing as possible. Overall I would highly recommend Blue's Mini Splits, the system works great, it was very competitively priced, and we couldn't be happier with the every aspect of the process and how it is working in our home.
Ray was incredible to work with. We have an older home and were were very particular about where we wanted the minisplit units placed. He was very flexible and willing to work with us, and did an excellent job. Every aspect of the job was detail oriented and thorough. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new minisplit system. When we first met with him he said "Im not the cheapest but I'm the best" - he was indeed the best, and actually cheaper than the other quotes we got.

This guy is awesome. I would recommend Raymond Brown and blues mini splits to anyone and everyone in the Buffalo area. When no one else could he did when no one else would he came out to me on a Saturday and had me up and running in an hour. Don't know what these other companies out here are doing but if you know what's good for you get into the mini split business if not Ray will take care of you 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
I am beyond happy with Ray, I had the hardest time finding someone to help me with a mini split installation. Our old system failed and we needed a new system right away as it was for a beach cottage that is fully booked. I called many company's and only 2 called back and 1 stopped responding and one was a no show. A friend put me in touch with Ray and he came right away , he did an excellent job on the installation and his price was more than fair. I wish we would have found him right away!! I highly recommend Ray and Blues mini splits!!
Raymond at Blue’s Mini Splits provides hands-down amazing service! We needed our central AC unit serviced and he was able to help us out the very same day!! Truly great service, very personable, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable. So thankful for his help!
I called Blue mini splits because of kiefer's air conditioning and cooling messed up my system by replacing a furnace blue Mini Splits came and fixed my AC unit and also found other issues Left Behind from the furnace job. I told Ray what was done to my AC unit he came out right away to fix it Non-Stop work until job was complete very professional courteous and kind I highly recommend him a future work.

Ray was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I requested a new HVAC system for my two story home and we are very happy with his recommendations. We were able to get ducted work on the second floor and have mini splits on the first floor. He also was able to eliminate some of our old system that was redundant after the install. He was prompt and courteous as there were a lot of traffic in our home at the time. I highly recommend him for any new or current HVAC work.
I’ve worked with Ray a few times now and he has been great every time. Very responsive and does what he says he’s going to do. On one of our projects we held him up quite a bit. He was very understanding and flexible. When it came time for him to do his work there was no hold ups! He showed up and took care of business!
I called Ray to do a furnace inspection on a new home I’m purchasing. He was professional and informative. He talked me through everything he was doing and made sure all my questions were answered. 5 stars, he definitely has my business from now on!
Ray has not only been absolutely amazing and quick with helping with my personal heating and a/c needs I also have recommended him to many many of my customers as and he not only has made them all happy but has gone above and beyond to take care them as well….. i constantly get calls from my customers I have referred him to about how happy they are to finally have such an awesome ,trustworthy, and great priced person to help them with their needs which have varied greatly…. Keep up the great work …. Wish I had more people like this I could recommend to my customers and never have to worry if they will be taken care of
I recently had the misfortune of waking up to a broken furnace. My neighbor told me about Blue’s Mini Splits so I gave Ray a call. So glad I did! He was prompt, works quickly and even cleaned up after the job was done! He also really knows his stuff! He found the issue and fixed it in no time at all. Ray replace my furnace soup to nuts. He was incredibly professional. Kind and courteous to me and my family. He answered the phone first call and when he located out new furnace scheduled the installation right away. This is now our second winter and we couldn’t be happier with the service Ray provided.
I own a small restaurant-grocery store, the compressor that runs all of my refrigeration was on the fritz, my HVAC company wasn't available to replace it for 6 weeks, I contacted Ray and he came that night, got me a new system and installed it within a few days. Ray and his crew were clean, neat, professional. The price was great on top of it, Blue's mini splits is my new HVAC company, I highly recommend them.
Ray installed a full HVAC system at my office. An old two-story farm house with multiple rooms. The system works great. Clean, professional install. I then had Ray install a thermostat to an existing dual heat system at my house and balance my HVAC system. Great job. Competitive pricing. And most importantly outstanding communication. I plan on having Ray back to do a mini-split install in a room in the near future. I'll recommended Ray to friends. And will continue to do so.
