Blue ladder was great! Stuart came in and did a great job zoning and installing our new ac thermostat. We started feeling the results immediately! A1 for sure
They showed up on time and worked even while I couldn't be there due to a Doctor's appointment. But no AC in June is bad with 2 small kids and I am grateful that they didn't need to wait for me to be home. They fixed the problem in no time at all.

Adam has come out to fix my AC on a few occasions and he has always been professional, on time and not only fixes the problem, he also educates me on how best to run my AC so my house stays cool!! Had Blue Ladder replace our old AC system after the compressor died, they did a great job with the new York system, will definitely be having them handle all our heating and AC needs from here on.

Everyone I spoke to from Adam & his wife (the owners), to the 3 technicians I had come to my house for various home warranty reasons and needs, truly cared about my well-being and getting my AC up and running again in the Georgia heat. This small business company works with a big heart and a true desire to put customers first. Unlike other big name HVAC companies, you aren’t just another customer to Blue Ladder, you are family. After repairing my AC, the technician, Kendrick, called me that evening to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Adam (the owner), followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was good to go. Seriously, you cannot go wrong with this company! I think the people at blue ladder are professional .... The staff is quick, fast and efficient in all aspects of a company... Had my ac go out and my house was getting in the high 85 . Then they came out the next day and installed a new 3 ton AC system and I was up and going and haven't had any problems since. Thanks blue ladder y'all are awesome like awesome sauce
Blue Ladder Heating & Cooling is who our Home Warranty company connected us with for our broken A/C unit. Adam and his crew couldn’t be more professional! They ordered and replaced our system in a very timely manner. When our 2nd A/C unit stopped working a short time later, we made sure to call them again. Their knowledge and work ethic are excellent and we trust them completely!

Very prompt response when we called about issues with one of our HVAC units. Adam was at the house shortly thereafter, and determined that the AC unit needed replacing. I appreciated the fact that he didn't try an upsell us to a new furnace or ducting, as has been my experience with a few other service providers. The new unit was approved and ordered later that afternoon, and completely installed and tested by noon the next day. Highly recommend these guys!
I highly recommend Blue Ladder! They are knowledgable and professional. I had an energy efficient heating & cooling system, plus new thermostats, installed in my home. I was using a window unit in my daylight basement but it didn't provide adequate cooling and I needed heat, plus ventilation to manage humidity. The new system is configured into an upstairs zone and a downstairs zone. The wireless thermostats are very helpful in managing each zone. I can even adjust the thermostats from an app on my phone. They made sure that I understood how to work and manage the new system and have been so friendly answering my questions. I am very happy with my new HVAC system and in how comfortable my home is now.

Awesome job! The furnace went out on the coldest day we’ve had this year. I called in the morning and by the afternoon, a technician was here. Technician was Shawn, who called with an estimated time of arrival to my home. Super professional ran a diagnostic, explained where the problem areas were, and fixed the issues. Now, I’m sitting in my warm cozy home. Thank you Blue Ladder Heating & Cooling.
