They never returned my wife’s phone call, they did call me back after I called 9 times in a row, I didn’t leave any messages, when they returned my calls they couldn’t get to me until Saturday between 2 an 4 I told her we have a maintenance contract with them that we paid in full and was told we would be priority but they didn’t uphold there part !! Don’t use them

Service was excellent. I called on a Friday and they scheduled me for the following Monday, which is quick considering summertime in Texas. But then they bumped me up by two days and came the day after I called, which was even better! The technician, JC, was very knowledgeable and targeted the problem within 15 minutes. As he had the replacement part in stock in his van, I was up and running right away. JC was also very patient with me as he welcomed me hovering over his shoulder since I like to learn. He explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend Blue Label Services.

It seems rare nowadays to come across companies that actually care, are on time, do a good job, and are pleasant to deal with. I've had Blue Label out a couple times, and each time they have done a great job. For estimates on fixes, they explain what is needed, show pictures, provide a fair price, and don't push you to make a decision. Using them has been one of the better choices I've made when it comes to maintenance of my house and property.

I used this company and received exceptional service with Shawn on the first call, great service, fair pricing. Second call, with Chord was a totally different experience. He repaired my unit with a universal part that was incompatible with the fan cap and left the new fan exposed to weathering. Further, there were wires sticking out of that part that were aesthetically displeasing. He was so busy trying to sell me the yearly service agreement, that he hadn’t even tested the unit to make sure it was working properly. When I insisted he do so, we realized the unit wasn’t even turning off and that wires were crossed, forcing the unit to keep running regardless of the thermostat’s inputs. When I called to request the original OEM part be installed because I found the information Chord provided regarding the cap purpose to be inconsistent with the manufacturer, they wanted to charge me another $300 for labor to install the OEM part and to pay for the new part as well in full. As well as suggested I was being “cheap” since I disagreed, despite the fact that I paid them their original asking price of $1,000 to install $200 of off brand parts. There’s clearly a disparity of a reasonable service standard expectation, much less servicing higher end homes and higher end units. Any company with inconsistent service quality and service standards isn’t someone I’d recommend as reputable and trustworthy.

We have now used Blue Label Services 3 times. Each time, the representative, Hollis, was absolutely amazing. Informative and kind. Most recently, we hired another company to come look at a noise our compressor was making, and they recommended a complete unit replacement for approximately $12,000. We then called in Blue Label for a 2nd opinion, and Hollis got us up and running for $300. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

I called because I needed my HVAC serviced for an upcoming fire inspection. I had called two other places before and while their professionalism was fine, I was struggling with the price for just a service. This company did exactly what was asked and did not push for more or insist that something had to be done if it didn’t. They advised, but didn’t push. That was/is so important to me as a customer. Not only that, they were quick to respond with a technician despite the last minute request. I will for sure use them again. They were professional, timely, effective, and flexible.

I contacted Blue Label Services as a last ditch effort to find a reputable company to help with my A/C problem. My A/C unit's auxiliary drain pan kept filling up and causing my drain pan alarm to go off every couple of days. I hired two different plumbers to see if there was a clog in the main drain line, but both said there was no clog. I called Abacus A/C to see if they could help, but the technician said my coils were completely corroded and that I would need a brand new system. He gave me two options for new units, a $14,000 and $18,000 A/C to choose from. Keep in mind that my A/C system still worked, my only problem was excess water in the auxiliary drain pan. I didn't trust Abacus' recommendation so I decided to call One Hour A/C to give me their diagnosis. They said my coils were fine but that my A/C wasn't tilted correctly and quoted me $4500 to remove the entire A/C unit and reinstall it, in order to allow for proper drainage. Again, I didn't think this was necessary since the A/C unit's tilt has always been the same angle, which didn't explain the new problem. I was frustrated with these big businesses trying to overcharge me so I decided to explore thumbtack for a reputable business. I stumbled upon Blue Label Services and decided to send a request. I spoke to J over the phone and he said that he would come out to take a look the next day. J was the only technician that actually took time to find out what the actual problem was. After a detailed analysis, he determined that I had a lot of air leaks around the system which wasn't creating a proper suction for water to escape from the main line. He used duct sealant to seal around the unit's edges to prevent future air leaks and also noticed that a cap was missing from the top of the main line, which wasn't creating the proper suction needed to bring the excess water from the drain pan into the main line. Several weeks after J made those minor repairs, I noticed that I did not have any more water leaks and

Certainly needed to be edited, see update below: These guys listened to my issues, made the effort to rectify and have totally earned my business. I highly recommend BluebLabel Services for any HVAC work you need. Truly trustworthy group of people. Thank you Bill! Update: after additional experiences with Blue Label Services, I need to share some “watch outs”. First, there is the inability to be competitive. These guys are expensive. When provided with a competitive situation (which I did in good faith) they returned to me with “conditions” that I was ask to meet.....strange ones. After some phone discussions, it was clear they were out of their element. There were also unprofessional incidences with their technicians, which I made them aware of. I do not usually write reviews, but in this case I need to add to my previous rave review. Nice guys, but poor business practices. This was just my experience....I’m sure they have many satisfied customers.
