I never recieved a call back. I believe because of the X mas and New Year. Holidays . I plan to call again in a couple of days.
Soon to be Royal Blue Hill Heat and Air (use to be simply same name without 'Royal') installed my unit in 2013. I needed some service for the first time in 2020 and had to search to find them. I have done most of my own maintenance most of which included cleaning, etc. Not to say their prices are good or bad, I did not rate their value because I don't really know how they compare. Since I know a little about A/C's, I can pretty much tell when I'm being lied to. However I fully stand by the rest of my rating. Especially in this day, I like the feeling of being told the truth more than the cost. I'm by no means able to pay whatever someone charges but integrity goes a long way with me. I had to search to find Royal Blue Hill because they appeared to be out of business in my Google search (not a fault of Google). When I finally found them, everything went as smooth as it did in 2013. I have written this because I want it known that Royal Blue Hill Heat and Air is still in business! For the time being if you cannot reach them in other ways, CALL them. No one at this business is a personal friend of mine and I have NOT been asked to or paid to post this. I just want to see a what I see as a good business thrive when I find it.
Blue Hill always responds promptly when we need a repair to one of our HVAC units. Not only have we always received courteous service, Isom is always willing to explain the intricacies of what he is doing to our curious 6-year-old. We feel confident that he will attend to our needs and try his best to keep it within our budget.
Got my heat working again in no time. Pointed out some area's of concern as well. Will call again
Isom was very prompt and courteous, and had my heat back up and running in no time! Definitely knows his stuff!
They showed up at my house exactly when they said they would and were prepared for the service call. They had my furnace fixed and running in a matter of minutes. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Overall fantastic experience.

Blue Hill Heat & Air is a top notch business. I can't think of another company to call for my HVAC services. I called today, they were out today, and the problem was fixed within an hour. Isom Hill is a standup guy with great knowledge in his field commercially and residentially. I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.
Awesome! Isom took great care of us. He was able to provide us with same day service (VIP). He may have been running a little late, but his honesty and affordability made the wait worthwhile. I am sure he was busy taking as great care of the previous customer as he did us. Hats off to Blue Hill Heat & Air!
Ismon was really nice and very helpful. Very knowledgeable and caring about what he does. Called him this morning and he was able to come right out and look at my heater and get it working within an hour. Am very pleased and excited to have my heat back up and running. Thank you so much!!!!!
My heater went out Jan 2, coldest weather of the winter. He was out to my house within 30 minutes like he said. Diagnosed the problem...had to replace my 20 yr old heater and he gave us a great deal on a new one and had old one out and new one in the the next day. Great job, good deal.
I would recommend Bluehill heat and air in a heartbeat!!!! I was struck with their fast response, their politeness is zenith!! They really really care! As far as work... impeccable!!! Check with them first before anyone else!!! Trust me you won't be let down!!!

Excellent and very professional company they installed a new central and outside units. the owner itself answer all my questions. I'm so happy with them. Blue Hill was the company assigned to my HVAC system by my home warranty company. They came out to my house, repeatedly saying they were fixing the problem, but instead finding ways to charge me for things that were not covered under my home warranty. Eventually, I contacted another service. They responded within the same day and fixed everything for under $100 and have not had to return. Blue Hill seems crooked, to say the least.
