Had an emergency where our toilet was leaking everywhere, plumber was out within hours and fixed our toilet haven’t had a problem since!
Outstanding service, timely and professional. Explains everything with detail. Went above and beyond and did what other companies I called said wasn’t necessary. Have also referred many people who have had the same experience.
My wife and I moved into our new home in Orchard Park and Garrett came out extremely fast to take care of some things for us. He fixed our sump pump that was actually smelling a bit funky, and now it works like new and the smell is completely gone! He also fixed a portion of our water heater that made it operate much more efficiently and easily. Finally he took the time to fix some old water damage under our kitchen sink, consolidated some piping and made it look brand new! Garrett and his team were tremendous and gave my wife and I the piece of mind that our plumbing and HVAC related issues in our new home are taken care of completely!!! I would sincerely recommend them to anyone!

Blue Cord Plumbing did various projects in my home. No job is too big or too small. Garrett is very responsive to calls and questions. His suggestions are in the customers best interest. I had an extra hot water tank out in and then hired him again for some toilet work and hose faucets. Definitely recommend! Very neat and clean work!

Called Blue Cord in an emergency and couldn’t be any happier! Water was backed up in our plumbing and dumping down through the walls into finished basement. Garrett and his partner arrived within 5 minutes on a Sunday night and jumped right into action! Not only did they take care of the issue promptly, but communicated clearly throughout the entire process, putting us at ease. Our house was left clean, without a trace of such a disaster.
