I had some trouble with my outside AC unit having a wire come disconnected. I was recommended Blue Bear, so I gave them a call. I couldn't have been happier. I caught Jake at a great time and he was able to come out and fix it up right away for me! He quick and super professional. He explained everything he was doing which I enjoyed and found interesting. And he didn't try to upsell me on anything which I VERY much appreciated. He got the job done and charged me a very, very fair price. Blue Bear will be my go-to for sure!

Best service I've had for my a/c needs. Jake was very responsive, had to call in an issue at 4:30 on a Saturday and was immediately talking to Jake about our problem. He was knowledgeable about the issue, how the system might respond and had correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone. He came on site the next day, Sunday morning, and had our system up and running in less than 2 hours. Easy to talk with and very informative about the repair he was performing as well as providing tips to help maintain our system going forward. Rates were very reasonable and I will continue calling Blue Bear for any future problems. I also plan on signing up for their yearly preventive maintenance plan that covers spring and fall checks.
I won't deal with anyone else for Ac/heating needs. Jake is one of the best around. Explains everything in detail to make sure you know exactly what's going on. Super friendly team, him and Dante. Never felt like I'm getting taken for a ride. Got my AC installed when he said it would be..even came back to make sure I'm satisfied with everything. Do yourself a favor and call Blue Bear. You won't regret it. Very professional and knows his stuff.

Jake took care of my AC condenser repair. My AC wasn’t turning on and he diagnosed the problem quickly. Turned out to be a breaker and wiring issue and he saved me from having to replace the whole condenser. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend their services
