Wonderful service and value from Blocker Heating & Cooling! If you have HVAC needs, they are the company to use! Our upstairs A/C unit has struggled for several years and this summer it finally gave out. Richard from Blocker came out within 24 hours for a visit/consultation. He examined our current setup, answered my questions with clarity and precision, made a recommendation and provided a quote on the spot. The price was better than other quotes we had gotten and we agreed to move forward. Next morning, his crew arrived and had the old unit ripped out, and the whole new unit installed, up and running in less than 4 hours. The install crew was polite and professional, and did a great job working around the chaos of our family/kids/dog. I give them my strongest recommendation for any HVAC work needed in the Nashville area.

I've rarely had such a good experience with a service company as what I experienced today with Blocker Heating. Their tech Chase came to my house and was able to properly diagnose a problem that was mishandled by two other HVAC companies in town. Chase repaired the coils on my air handler (the coils were accidentally damaged by the first person I tried to hire) which saved me a bunch of money by not having to replace the coils. Chase also refilled my system with the necessary refrigerant that was leaked out in during the accident, and replaced a faulty condensate pump. He was on time and friendly and explained everything as he went. I really could not be more impressed or grateful for the help I got today. Thanks Chase!
I highly recommend Richard and his team for heating & cooling needs in the Nashville area. I had a wonderful experience with everyone (Jason, Gabe, Jake, and Chase installed my new unit) and am so happy with how everything went. Highly professional and a quick & efficient installation. 10/10!!
Very professional and knowledgeable about the work they do! Blocker was the fourth company we called for an existing problem we were having with our unit. Gabe and Jake were amazing at finding and fixing the problem. Would highly recommend this company.

Richard was great. Extremely through, professional and efficient. He responded to my call same day. I couldn't be happier!!! 9-18-2022 Again Blocker Heating and Cooling knocked it out of the park! They installed a split unit for our new mother-in-law suite and choose Blocker because of the outstanding past service. They didn't disappoint! Great service, the crew was exceptional and the cost was more than reasonable!! Blocker is will be our go to with all of our heating and cooling needs!

After another company took my ACs power supply they came and not only fixed parts of our unit which the other company destroyed, they also cleaned the unit and ensured everything was running properly before they left. Pure professionals who value their character and WANT to do a good job. Thank you Jackson and Andy for everything.
Richard came out the same day I called and arrived when he said he would. He assessed the issue with our older HVAC system, which turned out to be a leak on the evap coil (that he found by actually looking for it - not just dismissing the entire system because it was old). He explained all of my short and long term options, and performed the work immediately. Really appreciate the fact that he didn't just resort to "replacing" everything, but gave me practical and carefully considered advice and answered all of my questions. I found the experience to be very satisfactory. I recommend him and his company. UPDATE: Summer of 21, both of our systems, one 16 years old, the other 20 years old, finally bit the dust. They had both developed large leaks at the coils. Richard tried his best to resuscitate them, but they really needed replacing. He and his crew performed the work, came back multiple times to check on us and adjust vents/dampers, solved a problem with cooling above our garage, ran new duct work, and got us back up and running quickly. I can't say enough good things about Richard and his team. They listened and looked for creative solutions. I highly recommend him to anyone in the area.
Andy did an incredible job today. I would like to thank him for his service and professionalism. He’s a very skillful and talented individual. Thank you once again Andy for fixing our A.C. Andy and Austin were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the repair. They were prompt and made sure everything was working fine before they left. We would recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC servicing or repair.
I wish I could give 10 stars! This team made what is normally not a pleasant experience (replacing unit) the most enjoyable and convenient experience! Customer service through the roof amazing! Very timely and professional. Even offered a portable unit over the weekend to keep us comfortable for a few days. Richard and his team are the real deal! We will never use anyone else!
We hired Blocker through our contractor for our complete home remodel. They did our upstairs and downstairs units with all new duct work and they were great. Austin and Gabe were great technicians and were always super respectful and professional. I definitely recommend using them.

If you are looking for a company that is honest and ethical this is one of the best companies I’ve worked with. The owner actually answers the phone and abides by what he tells you. Workers show up on time and are extremely thorough. I don’t normally post but they are exceptional! You can’t go wrong...
