I am a very picking person on who does work for me I trust no one. But I was very happy with the work Blankenship Heating & Cooling did for me. I was texted when Travis was on his way and he was on time. Travis explained everything he did to my furnace and answered all my dumb questions but didn't treat me like I was. I asked if his company offers yearly maintenance and they do. Will I'm signing up and next summer having my air maintenanced Thank you. Linda Evans

Don’t waste your valuable time with Jeff Blankenship. He is very unprofessional and does not have the experience or the manpower to get the job done. He bid on my remodel job to replace ductwork and install new units. I got several excuses and kept being putting off on the start date. Jeff then sent out (one) inexperienced new employee to do the job who spent most of the time on the phone with him. When Jeff did show up he never once got his hands dirty and just stood back watching as my contractor tried to figure out his job. He obviously knows so little that he kept bringing a sales rep from Daikin to tell him how to do things. After using my carpenters to tear out areas for ductwork and build a space for the unit, his employee loaded the materials up and left a few days into the job. Didn't even clean up all the messes they made. I had to call Jeff to see what the problem was to be informed that he couldn’t make me happy and he was too busy with a much larger project that paid his bills. I lost several months dealing with Jeff while he left a huge mess and walked away.
