This is an excellent company. Local people, family owned and operated. They have been to my house several times over the years. They’re always on time, always professional yet friendly. They do quality work and charge a fair price. You may be able to find someone cheaper, but you won’t find anyone better.

Blake and Sons are amazing! We had just bought our house when the AC stopped working. We had multiple companies come out and tell us we needed a whole new system at outrageous prices. Called Blake and Sons for a second opinion and they discovered our system was still under warranty! Unfortunately the parts we needed were on back order for months but they were so helpful trying to find a cheaper solution for us. We ended up putting in a new unit at a great price and within the same week. Would highly recommend, honest people doing honest work!

I've used Blake and Sons since 2018 when Ryan corrected multiple issues with the horrid system installation done by a company hired by the previous owner. They didn't even hook up the heat, just the AC! Ryan fixed everything and I won't call anyone else. Both Ryan and George are pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend them.
Quick turnaround time from calling to day of the appointment. Ryan contacted me about 30mins before he was to arrive. He was friendly, professional, and informative as to why he was recommending a part replacement. Ryan finished his preventative maintenance check and replaced a part in under a hour and a half. We will see Blake & Sons again in November.
Good old fashioned fair, prompt, friendly, and courteous service by well skilled technicians with modern know-how. You don't find many "good guys" like this any more. I have used Blake and Sons for several years for my air-conditioner maintenance, and I have always received high quality service from them. Thus, I wholeheartedly recommend them to others because you can trust them to perform services honestly and competently.

We have been customers for over 5 years. Finally had a new system installed a couple of years ago and this week we had a manufacturer part issue and luckily it was part of the 10 year warranty and they overnighted it and had it installed within 24 hours. George and the team have always been given us prompt, courteous service. Arrived on time. Made repair and took time to show and explain to me the issue.
