Just had my AC replaced. despite my home warranty company delaying the process, Blackstone stepped up was very responsive & professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
Blackstones communication was great and they were very prompt with getting a schedule and getting our unit repaired. Shane and Company are top notch and highly recommended.

Took four visits and thousands of dollars to get our system running like it did when they first showed up. System should have been replaced. Don't use Blackstone!
Very highly recommended! I spoke with Ashlee a little after 8am (Monday) and Shane was here and had my AC up and running by 11:00 am! Yes, same day!! Ashlee was so nice! I explained that we had been without ac all weekend, triple digits here in AZ right now, so absolutely miserable! 🥵 She said she could get someone here this morning! Shane arrived, introduced himself and after making sure he understood from me what was going on, went up to look at it, and the next thing I knew, it was fixed! Thank you so much for rescuing us so quickly!
Blackstone Heating & AC always does a great job offering cost-efficient solutions to our clients. We are very pleased with their workmanship and would recommend this company to anyone needing service.
As Boba put it in a review just two days ago, 'I am baffled at all the good reviews this business has on Google. They must know the owner.' In our case, we waited 5 days in the 'crazy heat (114/115)' for Shane to arrive the first time. He didn't know what the problem was and said he would probably have to 'replace everything' on the 24v circuit. It's a bad sign when someone has to use the shotgun approach to troubleshoot. We waited another 8 days for him to get parts and come back. As Boba stated, communication was terrible and nearly non-existent. I guess Shane is really inconvenienced by home warranty customers. It took two weeks to get our AC back up and running. Steer clear of Blackstone HVAC.
I am baffled at all the good reviews this business has on Google. They must know the owner. We were assigned this HVAC business through our home warranty. After waiting 4 days in the crazy heat (114/115) to hear back from the home warranty , we were so relieved to be assigned an technician. I called first thing after I received the email, never got to him. Second time Shane picked up but he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He acted like I was being a huge inconvenience. He basically told me off and said I needed to wait for my turn to hear from him, and that I would hear from him by the end of the day. Guess what? No word from him at all that day. We attempted to call 4 more times and not once our calls or messages were returned. This business lacks customer service skills and most of all, human decency and empathy. We explained how we have been suffering without an AC, with 4 little kids and a young baby. He did not even have the courtesy to tell us he could not provide service. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Stay away. There are other businesses who are more polite, kind and prompt to return your requests!
I dealt with Shane this morning. He was very professional, on time and very knowledgeable. The thing that really struck me as odd was the fact that he was honest. Genuine honesty in this day and age is a rare quality most people seem to lack, or so it seems. Shane could have taken advantage of our A/C situation but didn't. To us, that was unheard of. So many times I have seen (I'm a previous contractor) contractors take advantage and "fudge" information/numbers to line their own pockets, but Shane did not. Not at all. I truly believe people like Shane deserve a positive A+ 5 star review for that alone, not even including the other factors that really went the extra mile for us. This type of situation needs to be heard. It deserves a platform. People need to know that Blackstone is an honest, fair and professional company to work with and truly deserve your business. For all of the above, we are extremely grateful! It was such a positive experience that my wife and I are going to replace our entire HVAC unit later this year and Blackstone is our go-to, no doubt. Hats off to Shane with Blackstone. They honestly are a rare gem in the contractor world... a breath of fresh air!

Excellent experience! Shane arrived quickly after our AC went out. He was in our home for 30 minutes and had our air up and running again.
Shane was very helpful and professional during the install of our new nest thermostats. He was patient with me as I was setting up the apps necessary for the install on my phone. I would recommend Shane for this service.
Highly recommend Shane, he was amazing! They got to me within 48 hours for simple ac maintenance before the summer hits. I had one part failing he had it fixed and tuned up within an hour! Great service, great people!
We highly recommend Blackstone for any HVAC issues. Shane serviced our dying 18 year old HVAC system and was able to keep it alive long enough to get us another year after it started failing. When it came time to replace it, Blackstone was on top of it. They gave me a quote right away and were able to get us out of a hotel and back into our house in two days. They even installed a new smart thermostat for us. It was on time and on budget. Great service, and top notch quality!

Fantastic Service! I'm extremely happy and satisfied with my new air conditioner. Shane from Blackstone provided a diagnostic and explained the results in plain language. He provided a very competitive quote on installation based on my research. Shane and his team were courteous and punctual and let me know how things were progressing through the install.
