We have used Travis for over 15 years. He is the very best! Always professional and goes the extra mile to find out what us actually wrong instead if selling you something you don't need. Wonderful company!
Travis is awesome he came out and troubleshooted found the problem and fixed it. Very honest company I would use them again and refer them to family and friends.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Stood us up multiple times for a warranty issue failure. Not returning calls. Highly unprofessional.
Their drivers are rude and considerate and cannot pick a lane to drive in there the most unsafe drivers I’ve ever seen
If you want someone to actually fix your furnace instead of telling you why you should buy a new one, Travis is your guy! I am so sick of “techs” coming over to find whatever reasons they can to sell you a new system. Fixing the current one is never on their mind. Furnaces are built to be fixed and last a long time, but other people don’t care about pulling your perfectly fine furnace out and throwing it in a landfill to make a buck. Travis will actually take the time to diagnose the problem, replace the part and get you on your way. It’s cheaper, faster and way more environmentally friendly. Call Black Foot before calling the big name companies. You’ll be glad you did!!
Is it possible to give no stars? These guys don’t even know how to follow proper manufacture specifications or city procedures. Do ever hire Travis to work on your house he has no idea what he is doing now have to have a “brand new system” in my house installed by someone else because he has no idea what he is doing and obviously is the lowest bidder on jobs. I feel sorry for anyone with his work in their house.
Incredible! You don't get this kind of honest concern and service very often any more. Too many technicians nowadays have minimal knowledge and the difference is so apparent. Extra calls with updates, gladly offering late evening service, and patience with a twelve-year-old with a hundred questions.... Can't recommend them enough.
Travis is my Guy! Like I always say “Have no fear Travis is here” I’ve worked with 3 different companies for AC and heating issues every big Company our there has a guy come out to your house check you unit and have his supervisor come and run a estimate, This Company has one guy that does everything also a good done to earth old school hands on 20 experience in this business to back it up! I had another company come out and diagnose problems with an electrical heater. After only 5 minutes they informed me the heater was the issue and I needed to replace it. I decided to get a second opinion and called Blackfoot heating and air. Almost immediately they discovered that the issue was actually with the wiring. They were able to fix the problem quickly and without replacing the unit.
Travis is the ONLY one we will ever trust with our HVAC system. Everyone else wanted to replace our A/C & furnace, but Travis showed us a simple part that needed repair and it only cost us $100. We ALMOST spent over $4,000 with the other guys who told us we needed everything replaced. Travis is one of those few honest people who won't rip you off. We love him! So nice to have someone trustworthy!
After getting bids to replace the entire AC system ranging from $3,800 to $12,000, Travis diagnosed the problem as just a capacitor and the system was back up and running. Thank you for the honesty and great service.
Travis came out and fixed my mom's furnace after being told by Lee's heating/air that they couldn't determine a problem and the gas was on and then being charged to diagnose nothing... Travis took the time to diagnose it and found it was just a gas valve problem. He ran and got the part from a supplier after doing the legwork and determining that the furnace was still under warranty and the part wouldn't cost nothing! Great and honest service! Thanks!
I had a new home built and a large extensive HVAC system installed. They sent a crew out to work on my home for the initial phase and then they quit. When I finally got a new crew out they brought out the wrong equipment and I went through months of delays. I paid for a high end filter system on the home and months after moving in I noticed there were no filters installed and the duct work had not been done to install it. I had receipts and so when they tried to say I never paid for it I quickly showed them I had. There response was to send me a check for the cost of a filter despite the fact that duct work had not been done to install the filter. Horrible experience everything that is bad about a contractor came out with these guys. Slow responses, delayed work, mistakes on the job, poor customer service and taking money for services never rendered. I'm sure they can have five more family members log on and create fake post but note this one because it is a real comment from a customer.
We had a couple of different people come out and give us an estimate. Blackfoot by far not only gave the best estimate, but was also more concerned in what would work for us rather than just try and push a sale. They have an amazing attitude and care for their customers, and I would recommend them to anyone who needed an AC unit installed.
