Called Eric in the middle of a pretty severe heat wave and he was out two days later, on the weekend, to take care of the issues. He is very thorough and honest. As a contractor myself, I highly recommend him and will recommend him to my clients as well.
I noticed my AC was not cooling inside the house and having two babies this can not happen in the middle of the summer. I gave Black Sheep, Heating and Cooling a call and they were able to come out within a reasonable time frame to find that my system had frozen over. These guys were able to get my air conditioner up and running again in no time with no hiccups in between. They were reasonably priced and very professional. I truly liked that they were also not like your typical HVAC companies that try to sell you on equipment or parts that are unnecessary. They were an honest company just doing right by their community. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Black Sheep heating and cooling was amazing talked me throught everything and consulted me before anything was done. Very respectful and helpful.
I had a problem with my Air Conditioning not starting up. I explained the issue over the phone and within seconds Eric knew what the problem was. I had the capacitor replaced and my system was up and running. This showed me quickly that Eric was very knowledgeable in the system. He was very professional and I will use him again when I need help.
Professional, Responsive, and Honest are just a few words to describe the experience I had with this company. Knowledgeable and experienced are a few more. They kept me informed every step of the way and did not over sell me. They installed a new modern looking thermostat and explained clearly how to use it. They made me feel comfortable and didn’t talk down to me. I highly recommend Black Sheep Heating and Cooling and will use them for all my future HVAC needs.
We have had a maintenance contract with Black Sheep Heating and Cooling for our 32 rental units as well as our own home for the last two years. During that time, they have been prompt with their service calls, completed the work required in a timely manner and for what we consider to be very reasonable costs. They have been very courteous to our tenants, going above duty to explain their work to them when necessary. We have had services from other companies in the past and have been most happy to have found Black Sheep since then. They have earned 5 out of 5 stars from us!
I would highly recommend Black Sheep to anyone with HVAC needs. We recently had them install a new AC unit that went seamlessly and very quickly. They even took the time to replace our furnace filter! Will definitely use them again in the future!
