Aleksey came and fixed my tankless water heater today. He was very punctual (arrival window given was 8-9 and here was here at 8:00 on the dot), he informed me that the builders had installed the system incorrectly (swapped the input and output venting pipes) and it was missing the roof cap to prevent water/debris from going into the pipe. I was expecting all this meant a long repair process (possibly days) but he went and got parts, and was back in 20 minutes and had the entire thing fixed within a few hours, including doing some pretty involved pipe rerouting to fix what the original builders screwed up. Highly recommended, extremely punctual, profressional, thorough and knowledgable.
I haven't used this business yet. He was very helpful with the situation I am having with my warranty protection. He was helpful and kind. I know I will be talking to him again. Thank you again.
I had Aleksey come evaluate the old and convoluted furnace and ductwork in my recently purchased older home. He was punctual and professional. More importantly, he figured out where everything went, which prior techs could not. Black Raven Mechanical is now my go to HVAC company.
Our home warranty contracted this company for our heat pump freezing. They are very professional. The problem wasn’t what they initially thought it was, but instead of doing unnecessary repairs, he contacted the manufacturer of our unit for troubleshooting. He also identified a maintenance issue that we hired him to do. Pricing was very reasonable. He was knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and communicative. I am a homeowner claims adjuster so I come across a lot of HVAC companies in my line of work. I will definitely be recommending him.
Aleksey came to our home to do a preventative maintenance on our furnace and heat pump. He was knowledgeable, professional, and personable! He both discovered and fixed a Schrader valve leak! Our heat pump had been leaking refrigerant for who knows how long. He used a tool, replaced the valve, stopped the hissing, and probably saved us thousands of dollars! The entire PM call was pleasant and took less than 45 minutes. I wish Sears Home Warranty sent Aleksey 6 months ago. I'll be sure to ask for him again in 6 months. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
