Black Diamond Experts responded in a timely manner and was able to get someone out quickly. Shawn especially did an excellent job. He was efficient and left the job site clean when he left.

Shaun was great coming out and taking care of the electrical issues we had. Was able to come out same day for an estimate and started the work the following day. He did have to come back the following week as there was an issue with the part during installation and the part had to be ordered. Overall friendly and good service. The price was okay as I was charged for the full estimate even though some of the work wasn’t done that was in the quote.
Update: Just had Shaun from Black Diamond here 5 months later to fix a plug problem. He was really great and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He will be back next week for another job on my very old house. Thank you Black Diamond! Josh and Brett were great in handling my under-counter lighting problem. Josh, I have had the pleasure of working with before, came before to survey the project, so with his “can do” attitude, he let me know the options and it was up to me to decide what was best for me. His crew, inc. Brett and another young man I was not fortunate enough to find out his name, came bright and EARLY to do the installation with Josh as his supervisor. They all did a great job of communicating to me during every step of the way and were attentive to the “advice” this poor amateur gave. They all did a great job and I would hire them again without hesitation. That being said, Black Diamond has never let me down. I have tried other companies, but Black Diamond has been consistently the best. I don’t think I will ever stray again.
Shaun has been great to work with and got us up and going quickly with an improved system. When he came to do the diagnostic he was able to temporarily get the outlets working until the final work could be finished. I'm so glad they hire great staff!

We were adding a hot tub electrical and a 50 amp plug for our RV. Hayden was very helpful. Asked if I had questions. Answered my questions. They did an awesome job. The work looks great.
Ronnie displayed the highest standards of both friendly and professional conduct. He was courteous and clear in communication, carefully explaining the issues in a way I could understand and accurately diagnosing the problems. Careful and effective service. Very pleased with my experience and would recommend Ronnie to anyone.
