They fixed the mess that Peterson created! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything- what was wrong with the previous system, how it was fixed, and why. Felt very included in the process. We then decided to have him come for bi-annual servicing on AC and heat. Very happy with the service he provides!

We are super pleased with Bitler HVAC Inc.! The team worked hard to convert our gas furnace and gas water heater to a heat pump, kit and electric water heater. The heat pump is working very efficiently and our water heats up much faster now. Mr. Alex Bitler is very professional and knowledgeable and he and his team were very tidy after spending the entire day working at our home. The office manager, Kayla, is extremely nice as well. We had a big job and Bitler HVAC was recommended by another trusted HVAC company, so I knew we were in good hands. Thanks again!
I sent a late Sunday night email asking for help and had a return call and appointment scheduled for Monday afternoon by 8:30AM. Great service by a really great company. We highly recommend Bitler!

Alex provides fast dependable service, and will come on weekends for emergencies. I have seen him working very late at night to get every customer taken care of. He has done furnace repairs to our infloor heating system, installed a power roof vent, and replaced our AC unit. Kayla does a great job of keeping things on schedule and relaying the information to Alex. So glad that we found them!

On time and friendly service..
The first time dealing with them was great but the second time I had to deal with them they decided they didn't want to work with my home warranty company after I had already paid for the initial service fee. After calling multiple times and leaving many messages, Kayla refuses to return my calls. Initially I really enjoyed working with this company but with my case they lost all communication and professionalism. I understand if they choose not to work with the specific Home Warranty company in the future but the right thing to do is close out all the existing claims, not ignore customers that have open claims

I am not one to post reviews but I thought people should be warned! I have NEVER been more disappointed in a company. We had them switch our home from LP to natural gas. We thought all was well, until our stove howled and our generator couldn't be converted because a regulator wasn't installed. We have a high pressure meter due to the amount of service we need, hence why the amount of pressure going into our home needed to be regulated!!! We called them the day after they did the work and several times after to try to get them to come out. No response from them, we decided to contact our gas company directly because we didn't know what was right and what was wrong. We hired a company because they are "professionals" or so we thought. The gas company came out almost immediately to install the missing regulator. I, then, called them to explain and they ARGUED with me. Stating they "had never seen that before" and "we don't work with your gas company often" Regardless, they had plenty of time to do their homework/research to make sure the job was done correctly and safely. They even had to contact the gas company for them to explain why a regulator was needed. Thankfully, we had another company come out and everything looked OK with our furnaces except our gas valves had a lot of pressure on them for 10 DAYS. They didn't even seem to care until we got others involved to clean up their mess. Not to mention, this is our HOME and natural gas is NOT something to mess with. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
I've used Bitler's for years. They can usually make appointments soon. When I had issues with my heat on New Years Day, they didn't hesitate to help, and the charge was reasonable for an unexpected holiday visit.
