Garrett came out to look at our AC unit and was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He quickly identified the problem, explained the fix, and got our house feeling cooler. A great customer experience and our house will be much more comfortable this summer.

We lost power and Garrett came out the same day I called and got our furnace running. His prices are very reasonable and he doesn't try to sell you something that you don't need.
Garret is the kind of guy you hope to get when something needs to be repaired. We have a 20 year old HVAC system at our house and instead of trying to sell us a new system, he is still recommends maintaining what we have. In almost 50 years of home ownership, I have not found a more honest, knowledgeable, and likeable technician than Garret.

Garrett came out and installed a whole house humidifier for us. Showed up on time and made the whole process flawless. Would recommend him for anything HVAC related.

Garret and his team did the most amazing job for us!!!! We ended up having to redo all our duct work because we had a hot water heater pipe bust in our crawl space so we had Garrett come out and give us and estimate!!! He came in way under all the big company estimates and the work he did was absolutely amazing he even stream lined our venting for us to make it a little easier to get in the crawl space!!! We r dealing with an insurance claim and he was even willing to work with us on it which was so sweet!!! We ended up paying him in full instead which was great because you don’t have a lot of companies like Bishop’s anymore that have integrity and stand behind their work!!! Unfortunately I did have to call him back out to do my vent boxes because our insurance wants to picky but he was so amazing about it he’s like absolutely I will be there to change those vent boxes at no extra cost to us!!!! He’s so sweet and kind!!! He will be taking care of all my heating and cooling needs from now on him and Eddie both so they better not close lol!!’ Garrett and Eddie thank you so much for all your hard work it’s truely amazing to do business with you guys!!! You guys are simply amazing so glad we found you guys!!! For all your heating and cooling needs call Garrett you won’t be sorry!!!! Awesome customer service you guys rock!!!! Having Bishop’s Heating & Cooling install a new HVAC system and run ductwork in our home was hands down one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From start to finish we were impressed with the speed of the quote, the incredible pricing options, and the level of dedication taken to explain placement and answer questions we had. Garrett and Eddie took on our old home and ran with it. Even when our house had a few surprises in store for them they handled it professionally and took it in stride. We are forever grateful for their hard work and will be customers for life!
Garrett Bishop was really quick to respond and come and look at our A/C. He was very helpful and let us know that it was a pretty simple fix. Definitely go to him if you need anything done with HVAC!
Garrett is a true professional and exceeded my expectations. I liked how he shares your system’s performance rating and where it stands - so it’s very transparent. Very honest and didn’t try to “upsell” anything. Reasonably priced and what’s better than choosing a small business. Hire him!
