Joel, Ron and Joe installed my air conditioning. They were efficient, professional, quick and Courteous. They wore shoe covers and cleaned up and the job looked exceptional. They all deserve a big raise! I will Birmingham in the future and telling all my friends about the great service and awesome employees.

I used Birmingham Plumbing and Heating for many years. They're reliable and the service techs are professional, friendly, and really know what they're doing. I just had Steve install a water heater. He came out the SAME day, I was so appreciative. Steve is a wonderful tech, I will always ask for him.
Austin did a fantastic job.
Brian arrived before his scheduled time and evaluated my furnace issues. He corrected the problem and made sure everything was working properly. He also inspected the thermostat. Would highly recommend this user friendly company to my family and friends.
HVAC repair. AC unit wasn’t working. The technician Brian was outstanding and thorough. Inspected entire HVAC, explained everything, patiently answered all questions, and made the repair efficiently and professionally. Highly recommended this company. We are repeat customers.
I had a great team, Austin and Brandon come and fix some outdated plumbing in my home. They delivered easily one of the best experiences I’ve had hiring a contractor to do a job. 100% would recommend these guys to do any of your plumbing work. Top notch. On time, did what they said, polite, and great customer service. You guys do a great job, be proud of that.

Wes from Birmingham Plumbing replaced 2 hose bibbs at my home, and I'm very happy with the work. He reviewed the work with me in detail before proceeding, and he left the work areas cleaner than he found them. I'm relieved to have it done and done well, and I very much appreciated the professionalism that Wes showed.

Yesterday morning our hot water tank blew and flooded half our basement. I called Birmingham Plumbing and a few hours later Andrew arrived with a new hot water tank. Andrew was very nice , professional and did a quick and great job.I would 10/10 use this company again.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BIRMINGHAM PLUMBING HEATING & COOLING Called in the morning for service a time was set up immediately. They received a cancellation and called to arrive earlier. I explained my problem with the A/C and knew exactly what it was. Harry, my technician took his time to make sure everything was working correctly and explained everything that was done. They are now on my speed dial 😊

Came out on a Sunday of a holiday weekend to fix our water heater. I’m a customer for life!
Anytime you have a leaky drain and/or a broken faucet it’s a crisis! But when it happened to my elderly parents, to their only bathroom faucet, it was REALLY a crisis. I called Trevarrow Hardware, who is always professional and reliable, but they were booked a week out; couldn’t wait that long. They recommended Birmingham Plumbing…I called and talked to a very polite representative who quickly scheduled a technician to come out the same day between 2-4 pm. Our technician, Greg Fisher-Austin, arrived at 2 pm sharp, assessed the situation, quoted a very reasonable price (even gave my dad, a 91 year old Korean Veteran, a discount), and got to work. He was so polite and friendly I felt like I could trust him the moment he walked in the door. He quickly replaced the faucet cleaned out the drain and cleaned up everything!! He showed us the final results and we were so impressed! I would recommend him to anyone and I will call them again if we have any plumbing problems in the future!! Thank you Greg very much for helping my parents today. It is truly appreciated!

We've been using Birmingham since we moved to the area about 3 years ago and they are always wonderful. Their communication is great and their team of plumbers and HVAC pros is top-notch. They've done everything from maintenance, to installation, to urgent repairs and we trust they'll always do a great job for a fair price. It is genuinely a relief to have someone we always know we can call when stuff comes up. They're reliable and talented.
