Did not show up at the appointment. Didn’t respond to my multiple phone calls and Tex messages Very unprofessional. Scam ???
Very unprofessional Rude
I came into contact with Bill Salter Heating & Cooling initially through Choice Home Warranty. He has been to my home on multiple occasions due to my two aging HVAC systems. They replaced my upstairs system completely and have done a tremendous job on keeping my older downstairs unit running efficiently. Even when delayed on another scheduled job, they stayed in touch with me, update the eta & have worked late into the evening on needed repairs and they stand behind their work 100%. I highly recommend Bill Salter Heating and Cooling and think they are an excellent company.
We met this vendor through our home warranty company several months ago. We have a VERY old system and want to keep the old girl running for a while longer. Our last issue has been the biggest issue we’ve had and although it took a couple of visits to pinpoint the real problem he got it done, and found a few other things along the way. The house is cold and we’re happy, won’t call anyone else for repairs.
David did a great job of repairing my HVAC system. My AC went out during a very hot weekend. Bill Salter Heating and Air got the job done. David was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He definitely knows this business!

Crook! Took my 60 dollars service fee and never called back to schedule a time to fix my heat pump! Contacted the home warranty company, they also tried to call him twice and were not able to reach him at all! Would not recommend ever!
Had an appointment through my home warranty for them to come to my house. Not only did they not call but they also never showed up and wont answer my phone calls. Unreliable, disrespectful and unprofessional. Reply1- Perhaps this is all the home warranty's fault but that doesn't excuse the fact that you won't answer your phone calls nor return them. Maybe you should look into another business venture or maybe business management. It's hard to do business with anyone who won't pick up their phone. As for my accusations they're based on my opinion of your business or lack there of.
