Nathan is the worst manager. Does not value workers, And the receptionist does not respect any family privacy when trying to get ahold of Nathan for a court order. Wouldn’t use this company.
One day before extreme temperatures were due to hit, Lonnie came out late in afternoon and had it up and running in no time. He was efficient, friendly and professional.
The technician that came out was awesome his name is Lucas Samson
Tyler came and we all decided we needed new furnace. The crew came the next day and got everything done in a day. Furnace, heat pump etc/ The whole crew was knowledgeable, and polite. Fast, efficient and clean up great. Would give them 6 stars if I could.. Tyler back today to check and answer any questions we might have. Would highly recommend Bills Heating.....
Everything was good after installing a new hot water heater other than losing water pressure in my kitchen sink. Company sending tech tomorrow to fix.
Paul with Bills was amazing. We have been steamrolled by Mainstream for the last 6 months due to an issue with our furnace overheating our home to the point of making us ill. In desperation, we reached out for a second opinion because after 6 techs from Mainstream came out to review the issue with no solution we couldn't take it anymore. Renee was so kind with scheduling and open about costs and got Paul to us as quickly as possible. He left no stone unturned and was so calm in presence he felt like a friend visiting rather than some 'alpha male' looking to rip off dumb ladies like Mainstream treated us. At first they thought it was the panel, then right before Paul installed it, he said listen I really think its a dampener, and he was right! Once he replaced that, our issue has been resolved. Our house feels like a home again. Our upstairs is cool while my grandma is warm in her inlaw suite downstairs. We have been able to sleep peacefully for the first time in months. No one feels sick with overheating and the furnace is silent when it works instead of a jet engine about to explode. Paul, Bills Heating, Renee, all of you, my family and I can never thank you enough. Anyone reading this, go with Bills. They have your back.
Jonathan and Jeff W did a great job putting in our furnace! They were professional, worked hard and cleaned up as they went. They were very good at communicating what they were doing, and explaining how to work the new thermostat. I would highly recommend them:) Cameron G was also great at explaining what needed to be done when he came to check it out and gave a few options of what we could do, he didn’t make me feel pressured on either option:)
I had problems with my split system and it turned to be a problem from the ma ufacture. Thanks to Tyler And Paul the problem was corrected with a lot of calls to the manufacture. Tyler and Paul were very professional and respectful. A big thank you to the entire staff.
I was having trouble with heatpu.p noblowing cold air. Called Bill's and Andrew and River were there with in the hour. These two young men are the nicest guys,and did not charge a arm and leg! I will definitely wilould call them again! Better hold on to these guys....they are an asset to your company!
This is my second review ever left on google reviews and I really was ready to leave this review before they even finished the job! I highly recommend Bills Heating and AC, for one, they were fast with getting someone out to find the problem as our heat stopped working and in the middle of winter so I was surprised but impressed. We needed a whole knew air furnace. One day later they were here right in the morning to get the job done. This team was very kind, excellent customer service! They were finished with the job and my kids and I have heat again in just a matter of 3 hours. I cannot say enough, you do not find service like this anymore, I was more than happy to share a review and recommend them for any of your heating or AC needs. Very impressed, just THANK YOU!

Had them out this morning to do a repair on our AC unit it’s not even eight years old. They charge you a low service cost but give you a huge estimate and tell you that your whole air-conditioning unit, coil, compressor, everything needs replaced. And that the one that’s been there all this time is not an compatible service per your house. What...? Lol. And the price was upwards some 7000+. Didn’t want to do the easy service job of recharging the refrigerant and checking the blower. Then they give you some BS response as to they did the professional and right thing. Quality at its worst.

I just bought this house year ago. Furnace was put in from bills in 2019. It's now inoperable, 20 degrees outside and needs replacing. I called bills, they said no it wouldn't be covered under warranty. But they did not connect a condensation tube and it rusted out the whole system. They claimed previous owner fault for maintenance. Not the 1st bad bills expiring. They're cheap but not quality. Kmart fall apart is known as bills heating in the Furnace/Ac world. Buyer beware.
Paul Smith was our tech, he came on time (actually a little early, which was fine since he called first). He did his job left everything back in place and reported back what he had done. Definitely a 5 star quality job.
C. J. Moe was the apprentice servicing the maintenance on our systems. He was polite and attentive to his instructor. So refreshing to see young people who are willing to work and learn. Bill's Heating and Air is our go-to for any new installations, repair and maintenance.
I had Bill's Heating and Air replace my Heating and Air systems, they sent over Andrew and River. They were really great,on time, knowledgeable, respectfully,hard working, great workmanship, and very friendly. They also left the worksite very clean.
Most Excellent quality work from start to finish... estimator to his crew to very helpful office personnel, Rachael and Sharmane who recently and so kindly and efficiently relocated and emailed invoice and warranty for water heater we had put in May 2021. I had misplaced it somehow during our move the first of this year 2022. I very much needed it for home improvement records and last minute tax purposes.
