I've used Big Sky twice for my rental, both times he was very quick to respond, professional, took care of the issue immediately. I definitely would recommend them.
Big Sky Heating & Cooling is a top notch professional company willing to assist with any heating and cooling needs. I would recommend them to anyone! Each time I have called for a service call, they respond immediately. The staff is kind and courteous and willing to respond to any issue. I know that the advice that they offer is sound and that they will educate me to make the right choice for my specific situation.
Called yesterday to have our AC looked at. Eric said he would be out at 9am today and he was on time. He was quick, friendly, and gave us his opinion on what he would do as our capacitor was blown. He was fairly priced and we will continue to use him in the future. We used a different company in the past for our heat and we weren’t very happy with them. So glad we found Big Sky Heating and Cooling! Thank you!

Big Sky was the company that our home warranty company sent to answer our service call for our furnaces not working. They were quick to respond and dealt with the warranty company which resulted in two new units. Needless to say that we were very happy with the results. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be using them for future needs. Thank you, Big Sky!

I've used Big Sky for several years now, both personally and professionally. Highly competent and trustworthy. Wouldn't use anyone else.
They describe themselves as "A company like no other." This is true. We called several companies for bids and all responded and showed up as promised. Big Sky did not. They did not even bother to show for the appointment. I could have scheduled a different company. I guess your word is your bond in Montana. Stay away from this company. If they cant keep an appointment or call to cancel it, what kind of workmanship they do I wonder?
