Amin is wonderful to work with, we had a few setbacks but he made sure everything worked out as agreed! Trustworthy and responsible person.
We found Big Mike’s through our home warranty system and have had great results with them. They are on time, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and have great customer service. Trace is who we have always worked with. I highly recommend him.
They do a great job and Amin is always so clear to what is going on on the furnace and gets it back up running with heat or cool as fast as possible. I would tell you all? He is really good!!
Needed an HVAC city inspection on short notice and Amin and Ryan(?) were able to come through. He answered the phone when others didn’t.
I had this company, Amin was installer, put in a new condenser at a home in Redford last June. i was present when they did the installation and they had alot of issues brazing the lines but finally was able to get it to hold pressure. Now, less than 1 year later the system is not working which was last week when it was 85-90deg outside. I called the company and spoke to Amin. He was happy to talk but when I told him I had a problem with a job he did he then said he had to go and he asked me to text him the address and he would go look at it that day. I sent a text 5 minutes later but he never replied. I called the next day and he said he would go out there within 2 hours to take a look. Again, he never showed up and never called back. I tried to call the next day and the number goes straight to voicemail. Left a voicemail but no reply. I called the next day (4th day) and still no answer and left a voicemail. No return call and still has not gone to the house to inspect. Poor quality work, not responsive, dishonest. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

It was a rip-off and deceptive repair: Said $35 service charge but paid $240 after replaced the Primary Limit Switch which didn’t resolve the problem at all. No response and no promised receipt after my texts/calls for 6 times.
They came late to fix my furnace because my air wasn’t working would call again!!!!
Good communication and came out same day, on a Saturday. Only issue I had was that it took 4 days to complete the repair because of part availability, which was not the companies fault. Once the correct part was in hand, furnace was fixed quickly.
I have worked with Big Mike's Heating and Cooling several times now and i'm blown away with how awesome the service is. I have 5 rental properties and I know no matter what happens Big Mike's can handle it quickly and affordably. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Updated me on timing. They found the problem very quickly and the system was up and running. That's expertise. And a quick evaluation with a recommendation of what to keep an eye on for the future. everything I needed. Thanks.
I made an appointment for noon. I took the day off work. He never showed up to our scheduled appointment. When I messaged him asking why they never arrived to our appointment, he said he could rescheduled for 6pm, and wave the fee. Again, he never showed up at 6pm. I was so surprised at this unprofessionalism.

Amin was very knowledgeable about a/c repair. He explained our problem in a language i could understand not all tecky and repaired our clogged system in a timely manner. He was very courteous and a kind human being. I would recommend highly recommend him. Furthermore i will have him work and service my home and all my rentals when needed!
Called and Amin came in next day and did a great job and very quickly fixed the furnace and at a very affordable rate

Rip off! A friend found Big Mikes on Craigslist and suggested that I call them to service my Hot Water heater at a building I just bought. Ameil and a guy came out. They said they would fix any problems, clean and get it started for me for $385. They said it would be $385. After five minutes they said they would let the hot water heater run for awhile to make sure it was good. My husband came and asked them what they had done on it. Ameil lied and said they had to take out the parts, clean them and put it back. Upon inspection they had done nothing but stick a lighter up to the gas valve and light it. We now have had a reputable company come out and clean and get the hot water heater started. They pulled out a dust pan full of debris that Ameil and his partner supposedly already cleaned out for the $385. Ameil lied about what they had did, and stuck to the price...this place is a rip off!!!! Don't use them. Pappa's heating and cooling provides a great service. Do yourself a favor and don't use big mikes...they will rip you off if they can........
