Kenneth buzea didn't tighten the valve enough on my gas meter causing a carbon monoxide leak for months, that I didn't notice until after winter because why would I go smell my gas meter outside? I was outside gardening next to the gas meter come spring and smelled a strong gas odor... since calling Alliant to fix, my gas bill has gone down 75 percent. Kenneth buzea also installed a furnace that is strong enough to heat a 2 story house, how would you get the wrong one when you CAME TO MY HOUSE TO DO THE ESTIMATE. I've had to change my whole house around because my 1 year olds bedroom gets way too hot at night when the door is closed, not to mention the furnace is above her room and is loud as s*** and woke her up all night. The furnace Kenneth buzea installed isn't compatible with my air conditioning system, he left the wires for my a/c unattached and shoved where I couldn't see them. Of course, I wouldn't notice my air didn't work until it started to get warm out. He was supposed to re route my water heater because it wasn't vented properly, but after he already installed the furnace, he now tells me I need a whole new water heater because he can't do it... Which I did because I didn't have a choice anymore at that point. Thanks a lot, you won't be getting my business for the new air conditioning system I need installed. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR MONEY, HE'S A QUACK AND A SCAM ARTIST.
