Brock is by far the best service professional I have ever met in my 20 years of home ownership. Met him when he worked for another AC company and found him after I found out he had started his own business. He is extremely knowledgeable, knows his business, explains everything if you wanna know. Always responding quickly and getting us back up and running. You will not be dissatisfied if you call Brock for any AC needs, including installation.
Had an issue with my Aircon cutting off randomly and not cooling to the temps I set. Brock was able to help get my system running again and gave me tips on how to better take care of it to run at its best. Thanks!
If you are not using Better Than Best AC and Heating, you should be!! I have been a long time client but I feel the need to write another review because every time I've ever had an AC problem this company, the owners, and their staff so far exceed our expectations that I am overwhelmed with gratitude. We had an issue last week with our unit not working. They came out right away and addressed the problem and even brought us portable AC units to use in our home while they waited on the necessary parts. We were very thankful to be able to stay in our home. Brock even coordinated with our electrician on our problem to fix it properly, to ensure it doesn't cause system issues in the future and that it is safe. Thank you Brock, Daniele, and the Better Than Best team for always going above and beyond for your clients.

The installers were very professional, worked cleanly, and were on time. Once they finished the installation Brock came out and went through the system. Showed me how the system works on controlling the humidity and the blue tooth system. Better Than Best is exactly their name. I am very happy with all they did. Thank you
1 of a loyal family of customers with 5 Montgomery county households and always get wonderful fast service. Our 4 year old new construction Lennox unit went out they put in a new and bigger Trane and we are cool and our electric bill went down $40 a month.

I had a very good experience with Brock Linares over 20 years ago when I friend recommended him. I decided to continue to use his services when he started his own company and I could not think of calling anyone else, either for inspection or repairs of my A/C system.
Our A/C went out and they were able to get someone out same day to get us up and running again. Excellent and friendly service.

I called at 4:30 because our AC wasn't cooling, and the house was 80 degrees. The tech, Andrew, was at our house within 45 mins. He troubleshot and talked my husband through everything. Before he left, he wanted to check one more thing, and that was the fix! He was thorough and patient, answering all our questions and concerns. We will definitely be using Better in the future.
