After owner has not returned my calls for months. I called another company to check ac because it was not working same day after jeff did a repair in the fall. I came to find out he used wrong size part in my air conditioner which could have caused damage to unit if not fixed and he burned out circuit board in my furnace only one year old and did a manual bypass to hide from me. Which could have also caused damage of not corrected. Cost to repair his mistakes 550.00 and could have been more of our was not caught early. Makes me wonder what other shortcuts he may have done over the years I used him. Seems like a nice guy but don't trust him very expensive to fix his mistakes
Have used them for past 12 years now. Jeff is always on time and professional. He has installed a new AC unit for me, and has kept my 27 year old furnance running. Even took the time to show me a few maintenance tips to save service calls. Cant be anymore more fair than that.
He came out to fix my a/c... the next day it failed and I called he said he will be out the next day.. never heard from him again.. he never answered the phone again for me... Do NOT USE THIS GUY TRUST ME !!!!!!!
Highly recommend Better Heating and Air. Had them over twice. Both times they came quickly, were very honest, and could have charged us more.
