My in-laws AC stopped working Saturday night and by Sunday morning temperatures were over 90 degrees in their house. Because this occurred on Labor Day weekend, my in-laws didn't want to call anyone for fear of paying an extra "emergency" "after-hours" and/or "holiday" fee but the heat soon became unbearable. I called 8 different AC repair companies for assistance and left voicemails. Mike was the only one to call me back. He assured me he could come out same day for no extra fee. He arrived a few hours later, quickly identified the problem, and was able to repair the AC for a VERY reasonable price. We will definitely be using him for our future needs and would highly recommend him if you need work completed.
Great service and very responsive in the middle of a heat wave on a weekend! Very knowledgeable about re-routing duct work to improve AC performance and dead spots. Plus super personable service as well!
Mike and Chris worked all week installing a completely new air conditioning unit in my home. Mike identified the problems with the old system and addressed every issue by redesigning the intake and output to maximize the effectiveness of the new equipment. It is much quieter and cooler than before. His price was lower than other bids I received and his service and professionalism was better. Top notch company. Mike treated our home as if it was his.
A big shout-out to Mike Willey for (a) taking my call late Saturday night to troubleshoot a furnace that wasn’t heating properly, (b) coming out early Sunday morning to fix the problem, (c) staying until he was satisfied the furnace was working, (d) following up later to make sure everything was ok, and (d) doing it all for a reasonable rate. Mike Willey just fixed my AC today and he did a great job . He is a honest man and I recommend Mike Willey.
Mike is the man, I don't write reviews often but when someone goes above and beyond like Mike did well this is the least I can do. First off, I called him at 6:30 pm on a Friday. He just finished up a big job and was headed home for the night but he decided he would stop by my house on the way to take a look. I am so glad he did as he got my ac running like new again and was reasonable with the pricing as well. He truly cares about his clients and treats them like family. I would recommend this company and Mike to my friends and family for sure!!!
Mike came out and got our ac running like new! He really knows his stuff! The ac unit was just blowing air. .. if we were lucky, and he came out and worked on it and BOOM! It has been running like a champ ever since. Thank you Betrer Air Systems! I will only deal with them from here on out when we need HVAC work done. They are very nice, professional, and they keep their word... that is hard to find in this day and age!
