This is the third time I have used this company and they did not disappoint they came out within 30 minutes of me calling them and they had me back up and running within 30 minutes these guys are amazing super professional very knowledgeable and just unbelievably helpful.... And on a day like today these gentlemen were actually sent by God to save me and my critters from this unbelievable heat ❣️❣️❣️

Jonathan and his workers replaced our entire a/c unit. They were all very professional and did an awesome job. Would highly recommend.
Had an alternative hvac company come out before and diagnosed that my system had a leak and needed an evaporator coil replacement (multi thousand dollar job ) . Bethancourt pinpointed the true problem . The problem was a dirty clogged safety shutoff drain switch near the attic evaporator coil that was never annually cleaned or inspected. Bethancourt AC are prompt, hard working, and more than fair.
Just got a new unit installed today . Jonathan is the best.

Bethancourt is my go to A/C and heating company. John is usually able to come same day if not the next to fix my Problem. When he wasn’t available to come look immediately, he will tried to trouble shoot to see if it was a small easily fixed problem I could handle alone. He even FaceTimed me while he was on vacation to help fix my A/C unit. Bethancourt has earned my business and you won’t regret using them either.

An amazing family owned local company. As I am sure most people do, I had to call them in a pinch when my AC stopped working. I had an appointment with them, that I had to cancel, and a few hours later when I called back they were able to come out in less than 30 minutes. Not only did they work with me and my hectic schedule, but they came by and had me fixed and tested with cold air blowing in less than 30 minutes. While not every repair would be this quick, they work to get the customer taken care of as quick as possible. Aside from that, the prices are extremely fair. All I know is they have earned a loyal customer in me.
