Terrence fixed my AC about two years ago before that and kept going out at least a couple of times out the year ever since he fixed it. I haven’t had any issues very very fast and very helpful! 10 out of 10! 😁
BEWARE!!! this young had man ,I gave him money for a job he did , after he left My family and I was in the cold . I look at his work and he had put a USED PART ON MY FURNACE, said he would be coming back . BUT HE THOUGHT I WASN't very important . NOT only did he mis-Judged, His work, he didn't think ,I was important nor my Family . TOLD ME TO LOSE HIS NUMBER. Because ,I call him several time . EVERYONE IS IMPORTANT SON....... I hope you get it together.
I have worked with Bestway Heating and Air before so when I began hearing a noise from my AC unit and the house was not staying properly cooled, I called Bestway. After Brandon assessed the unit, he could tell my compressor was going out. It was working only intermittently. Since I knew that would be an expensive fix, I called my home warranty company (First American). They sent out North Star Mechanical (wish I could give them 0 stars) and the technician stated my AC unit was fine but I needed an electrician for the breaker. Once the AC technician left, my AC was no longer working and it was 110 degrees outside.The electrician came out to replace the supposedly bad breaker and the compressor blew. Since I trust Brandon of Bestway, I ran everything by him. Long story short, after fighting with First American for a whole week without AC, staying in a hotel and North Star Mechanical wanting me to pay $1600 out of pocket for a new compressor and evap coil which would not have blown had it been diagnosed correctly the first time, I called Bestway for the repair. Brandon came out the same day and gave me a whole brand new condensing unit. I felt better paying more out of pocket for me. My house is so cold now. I used to have to keep the thermostat on 73 in this hot Texas weather and now I am turning it up to 74 and 75 and the house it still cool. Thanks Bestway for the best AC service!
Fan on conditioning unit stay running for two weeks straight, no one could fix the problem. I contacted a company called Bestway heating and air, tech came out repaired the system the same day. Thanks you Bestway
