Alex and his team get the job done!! A++++ service. They installed AC in our home last weekend and worked straight for two days until the job was completed. They are super professional, responsive, efficient and friendly. They kept us informed every step of the way so we would know what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond what other vendors were proposing for a much higher price. Alex took down the old wall heater and dry walled and blasted texture on my living room wall to match the rest of my walls. He relocated a hallway light to accommodate the ceiling grate and It looks amazing… like nothing was ever there! They helped with city permits, contracted Hers testing and stood by for any inspector questions or requests. I live in a very demanding City and inspection passed immediately. I can’t say enough about Alex and his team. I am so grateful for the work they did, and will recommend them to everyone. 💯 satisfaction

Alex was absolutely the best choice of the 5 or 6 companies who gave us estimates for replacement of our two 3 ton a/c units and furnaces to a new (2) heat pump system. Alex was the only one who obviously knew his costs and margins. The others were just throwing ghastly high numbers at us hoping we would be suckers enough to bite. Bestcomfort showed up on time, clean and courteous and very diligent to care for our carpet and furniture in the process. The installation was simply a work of art! So precise in every detail. The heart of our house is now like a jewel that will tell anyone who looks at it that this home is well cared for. Thank you Alex, George, and Jaime! It was truly a pleasure working with you!
Our family has been using Best Comfort Heating and Cooling for a few years now. We bought our house 5 years ago and it was the middle of winter. Our home was freezing cold and we didn't know what to do. We had a friend who told us about Best Comfort and we decided to call them up. The technician was really nice and friendly. They sent a technician over to diagnose the problem. The technician found that our furnace was working, but it just wasn't heating our home up enough. They looked at the temperature and said that it was running at a normal temp, but it just wasn't hot enough.
These Guys, we’re fantastic! Showed up when they said, did an amazing job and the price was cheaper than anywhere else. Highly recommend
My tech, Alejandro, was very professional and detailed with the work he did. Not only did he break everything down for me for me so it's easy to understand, he also went ahead and checked the levels of my freon on both units. Goes smooth when you have someone professional and experienced.
Great customer service, Alex did a wonderful job at my house. He put a full new system of air conditioning. He also gives great pricing. I would highly recommend him.

Alejandro and his crew were amazing in their installation of my new Tempstar AC/heater unit. I waited one month before I posted this because I wanted to see how the AC unit worked during this past June/July heatwave. I love this new unit. It is quiet and very efficient. Alejandro also installed a new Ecobee thermostat with WiFi and it does everything he promised it would. It’s the pro version which means it has a 5 year warranty instead of the standard 3 year warranty you get if you buy it from a do-it-yourself center. With the app I can set the temperature from wherever I am. It is so convenient. The thermostat even emails we once a month with how many hours the AC unit ran. Alejandro and his crew are very nice and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and even took the time to explain everything they were doing with my many questions I had during install. If your looking for a review on Alejandro and his company that might help you decide to use his services, I hope this one helps you decide to use him. Alejandro was the only rep who didn’t try to upsell me with the most expensive unit out there. He was honest from the start and true to his word. Thank you Alejandro for a job well done.
Save your time searching companies, just call Best Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning. Alex is very up front and honest. He will not try to sell you on anything. The quality of his work is top notch. I have OCD and Alex does too…I think. I could go on and on. Fair pricing, friendly service, great quality and on time. You can’t ask for anything else as a customer. Thank you Best Comfort, my house is cool and family is happy. I will include some pictures of my install.
We needed to change our whole AC system and found Alejandro's company in Yelp with only good reviews. We had the best experience possible. His price was very reasonable compared to others. He was very punctual & reliable. Later we had some electrical issues which he promptly came back and fixed without charge. Would definitely use again & recommend his service.
Bestcomfort Heating and Air Conditioning has the best customer service and work ethic. I've contacted more than a few companies for service and received no callback. I contacted them yesterday and they came out this morning. He fixed our issue in record time. 10/10 would call him for any future issues.
Alejandro and his team are amazing! I am so grateful for the work they did installing my new HVAC system. After receiving 4 quotes prior to him I was blown away by his competitive pricing, professionalism, and honesty. His work and attention to detail are incomparable. My air conditioner was blowing hot air i called alejandro and he came right away and found the problem he was very professional and punctual. Alejandro came the next day and fixed my air conditioner within 30 minutes. i would recommend him to my friends and family i was very satisfied with his services.
