Best Value A/C was great. Jason was awesome, he was helpful and informative in diagnosing our problem and kept us cool until our new unit could be installed. Vinnie and Josh were very prompt and professional during the installation. We feel like we got a good deal on our new system and will continue to use them and recommend others as well. Installed a system in the apartment next to me. Very rude and unprofessional, smoking cigarettes on a “no smoking” property. Dropping ashes on my door step, going in and out with lit cigarettes. The technician was even nice enough clean a moldy vent in-front of my door. I watched him door a horrible job cleaning the vent, while spreading giant chunks of mold by my door.

Our house had a brand new hvac installed the year we bought it (by a seemingly reputable local company) but it wasn't working correctly when we toured the house nor during the inspection. We asked the Seller's real estate agent to get the hvac company to fix it but he wasn't able to before we closed. After we closed, we tried to get the unit fixed by the company and we got the run around and they refused to honor their own warranty for a unit they had installed only 2.5 months prior! They sent a tech out once who put in refrigerant because it was low and they tried to charge us for it. They couldn't diagnose the problem. We had another company come out and send new techs four times ($300 per visit). Each tech added refrigerant and one time replaced our copper line (another $1200) but none of them were able to figure out what the problem was. When it was working, the unit never cooled the house below 78 degrees and the temperature inside would get to 81 most days in the heat of the summer. Other times it would either just conk out or start blowing warm air (sometimes after a loss of power) and we would have to re-set it by turning everything off, waiting a half hour, then turning it back on. If it didn't blow cool air after re-set we would have to make a service call. After a year of this we were done and called to get estimates for a new unit. Best Value was recommended to us by a family friend. Justin at Best Value came out and told us he could fix our piece of junk hvac instead of selling us a new one, but we were hesitant based on the 5 different techs who had no clue what could possibly be wrong with it. We were really afraid of throwing good money after bad especially when Justin told us we had a bad evaporator coil after only about two minutes of looking at our unit. Surely the other 5 hvac techs who spent a combined 225 minutes thoroughly looking over our unit would have figured that out too if that was really the problem...? After Justin patiently answ

Best Value AC was a pleasure to work with. Everyone communicated well from the office staff, estimator and installers. Had my AC compressor replaced and install went smoothly with no surprises. I'll be using them again when needed.
Sold a defective and previously rejected unit that was installed in 2017 but was built in 2015. Spent $100s on service calls and a $300 service plan. The owner or owners said, "Don't ever call here again" after I asked politely for a credit toward a new unit. ⚠️ YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️

I pretty much never give reviews butMy a/c wasn’t blowing cold air. I had called a number of companies and one showed up. They put Freon in but didn’t check for any leaks. Wouldn’t you know it, it was blowing warm air again. I reached out to Best Value and within an hour they were here after a previous cancellation. I met the service mgr. Jason and I explained what was done before with the other company. Once he looked at my a/c unit he almost immediately noticed the leak. He explained in detail how my a/c unit should run and what he was going to do to fix the issue step by step. Very professional and knowledgeable about my system and took the time to explain everything to me. He’s a skilled technician and a huge credit and talent to your company. Oh, I’m not getting paid to sponsor this company, no endorsements or anything.

Stay away from this company ! They don’t honor their warranties and legitimate complaints are met with owner blaming the customer and threatening lawsuits. Main system has now failed less than 2 years after they were paid about $13,000, with false promises that they stand behind their work with service and warranties beyond manufacturer’s. Their systems/designs generate enormous condensate, and flooding and require very frequent line cleanings. One of their people who came out to service it later commented it was a flawed design, because of the heavy amount of condensate and inadequate protection. I now have ceiling water damage and a main system inoperable. They are refusing now to even service the system failure. There are too many reputable competitors you can go with in this area instead. Taking them to small claims now …
