Spoke to Ismael late on Christmas Day about a burst water pipe. He came out the next day, and not only repaired the damaged pipe, but added a ball valve for easier shutoff, and repaired the faucet the broken pipe fed. The work was done in a timely fashion and he made sure everything was working properly. He was very professional and knowledgeable, giving some excellent advice on how to help prevent future issues, as well as tips regarding other systems in our home. All this at a very reasonable rate. We would highly recommend Best Rates Heating and Cooling.
First of all it’s funny to me that a business only has all good reviews that tells me that it’s not that good of a business. Many times we called we were told “ maybe this day maybe that day” We also had the same experience of “I’m taking my kids swimming so maybe I can come by”. When you have no heat or no AC and you have people in the house with asthma it is imperative that Someone gets over to do some sort of fix even if it’s a portable AC or a portable heater to get them through until you can get parts. To leave people hanging on when you might be there is very unprofessional. I actually had to call someone else to come out here because this company couldn’t make it and I was told that the work done was the worst they have ever seen and that I should not use this business ever again which I won’t.
My 25 year old furnace started have issues the day after Thanksgiving. I called a few places but Ish at Best Rates was the only person who called me back due to it being Thanksgiving weekend. He offered to come out Friday night but my wife wasn't available to be there so he said he would come out first thing Saturday morning. Ish came out and discovered multiple issues with the furnace and said he could fix it but it would probably be $500 - 1000 and at the end of the day I'd still have a 25 year old furnace. We decided on replacing it and I had a new ac installed too (mine was also 25 years old). Ish offered me different options at different prices which was nice. He has an option for finance as well which is very helpful.. He got the equipment Monday and came early Tuesday morning to install both. Ish and his partner, Genero, were very knowledgeable and friendly and very professional. Their installation was very neat and clean. Pipes were nice and tight and straight, supports were added to vent pipes and everything was taped nicely. They took my old equipment away and even swept up after themselves and took the old garbage packaging with them as well. I was recommended to Best Rates by a guy I work with who couldn't say enough good things about Ish and after dealing with him myself, I can see why. If you're looking for a responsive, knowledgeable guy who does good work and will help you out in a pinch, Ish is your man.
Ish is GREAT! He installed a new air conditioner for me last summer. He found a unit that fit my price range, was well rated & works well. I had him return for annual maintenance on the air conditioner & furnace. The price was reasonable. He took his time to show me before & after photos. Ish is professional, explains everything to me & answers my questions. I appreciate his friendly, positive business manner. Thank you, Ish, see you next year for a check up!
In the Naperville/Aurora Ish is the best HVAC person I have ever dealt with. He is extremely knowledgeable, through, complete and trustworthy. Did an installation for us and he was on time and within time frame he committed to. You cannot beat Ish for service, quality, or competitive price.
Ish came to our house and brought our 17 year old AC back to life when others tried to just sell us a new unit. Great HONEST company. Trully is the BEST
So I goofed up and tried to install a Google Nest by myself & broke a wire late at night. I called Best Rate heating and cooling and spoke with Ish. He was VERY kind and professional and took the time out to walk me through fixing my goof-up via FaceTime and making sure I had my AC working again. He wouldn’t accept a dime from me and I will definitely be using Best Rates heating and cooling for all my HVAC needs. He was honest and there for me on 1 of the hottest days thus far this year. I couldn’t be more happy for his help!
Ish was efficient, polite, and reasonable. We had to get a new furnace and he was great at explaining all of our options. I now recommend Ish to anyone in need of HVAC repairs.
Our furnace went out and after reading reviews, we decided to call Best Rates Heating and Cooling. Ish (the owner) came out and inspected the unit. He then gave us an estimate on the work that would be needed and explained our options. We decided to have him attempt to repair our very old furnace. Unfortunately, after spending most of the afternoon attempting to repair it, it was too old and had to be replaced. While Ish ordered the necessary equipment to do the install, he brought over a couple of space heaters so that our family could keep warm through the night. The following morning, Ish and his son Giovanni came to do the install replacing our furnace, flue, and exhaust fan. And, although he said he may not be able to complete the job in one day, that is exactly what he did. He under promised and over delivered which is always a welcome change. My family can now stay warm this holiday weekend thanks to Ish and Giovanni. I highly recommend this company!
Ish was professional and knowledgeable about the services he provided. The prices were Reasonable and I would advise anyone who may need HVAC and or Plumbing services to contact Best Rate Heating And Cooling you won’t be disappointed. This company is Amazing i Called last night and spoke with Ish around 8:30pm on a 90° day, i found Best Rates Hvac in Fb. After a i called Air-Tech from Aurora and they never showed up. Best Rates came out on the Window. They gave me and was very profesional and showed me the sigues and soultions! Strongly refer them.
Contacted via Facebook, never got a response after asking for AC service. I wouldn't recommend.
Called at 4:40pm, man answered said it’s almost 5pm and that their office closes at 4pm and hung up.
